It was completed, passed our quality control process to confirm it exactly matched your provided measurements, and shipped on June 25th. The package was successfully delivered to you on June 29th. We received your first inquiry regarding the garment on July 8th, where you indicated the color was not as expected and requested adjustments to some of the measurements. On July 10th, our team reached out to advise that our website's fabric inventory was currently being updated, as the original fabric color you ordered was no longer available. While we immediately offered to either issue a full refund or remake the tuxedo in an alternative style, we also explicitly noted that a brand-new custom order could not be manufactured and delivered within your remaining 2-week timeline. Our records confirm that the original tuxedo shipped was the exact style ordered from our website. To help resolve this urgent situation, we proactively offered several alternative in-stock styles that could be shipped and delivered to you well in time for your event. The prepaid return label we created for you a week ago should be utilized as soon as possible. Once we receive the returned garment at our facility, we will process your prompt refund. Please reply directly to our support email thread if you need the label resent or require further assistance.

Hi Jake, We allow returns on our items with the exception of custom size garments and clearance items. The jacket you purchased was a clearance item. This information was clearly stated on the product page as well as our return policy. In addition, we provide a size chart on our product pages that shows all of the finished measurements of each size we offer. We appologize that you are not satisfied with garment you purchased or our store policy. We do our very best to provide accurate images, discriptions and product information so our customers can make an educated choice for their needs.
