Excellent service and rapid shipping
Quick receipt of order.
Delivery was very quick. Glassware arrived in one piece. Would definitely order from them again.
Shipping and quality.
Shipping was prompt. It shipped the next day, and I received my stein within four days even though I selected the standard shipping. The price was fair for the craftsmanship of the stein that I purchased. It was a hand painted limited edition Hofbrau stein that was made in Germany with a solid pewter lid. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
