Fleetsmarts is not a scam. We are a legitimate credit and factoring provider that helps carriers nationwide with credit lines, fuel discounts at all major truck stops, insurance down-payment financing, equipment financing and some of the lowest factoring rates in the market when bundled with fuel. A UCC-1 filing is a standard security interest document used throughout the industry. It protects the lender or factor but does not stop you from working with other factoring companies. Unfortunately, some competitors misrepresent this to persuade carriers to remove our filing so they can lock them into their own programs. We value the opportunity to work with you and want to make this as straightforward as possible. Option 1: Pay a one-time $500 processing fee. After we receive payment, we will issue a Letter of Release and terminate the UCC filing within 45 days. Option 2: We will waive the $500 fee if you decide to use our services for 60 days with genuine intent. If, after this period, you still wish to discontinue, we will issue the Letter of Release at no additional cost. We invite you, and anyone reading this, to experience our services directly.
