Total screw up. Thanx Chime..
I had to verify my identity and when I did the IRS told me my taxes were not completed or accepted. Chime app told me that my taxes were accepted when they were not. I caught their mistake April 14th. Just in time. Now I have to wait another 9 weeks possibly for my refund.

My first year filling with chime
My first year filling with chime, I usually use free tax USA, never had a problem. There has been no change at all to my 1040. I filed with chime this year and there is a hold on my refund. Not sure for what reason, but there is hold. Now I was waiting on the refund to cover bills and rent, I am now facing eviction and still having gotten my refund. So no I will never use chime again for tax returns never!!
