I am worried that the support won't be…
I am worried that the support won't be there and that I will be lost after paying. A senior Tax Hive person spoke with me, twice, but each time I felt that he was irritated with me and just wanted money. For example, I asked if there were any additional fees after registering with Tax Hive and he told me, very angrily, that there was a $200.00 LLC charge and that they would not be paying that. -- Fine, just answer the question in a professional tone and say, that is the only additional fee. I told him not to speak to anyone including me like this. Potential customers need to know this and it is a very fair question. Not all companies / services disclose information and the customer pays the price if we don't know so we ask questions. Thank you.

Two years in a row- treated like garbage. Loyal customer lost
Two years in a row. Absolutely horrible horrible service. I would hate for anyone to be treated how I was. We have been clients for 3 years. Last year we took one of our three companies out to another accountant. Kept 2 in and our personal return, hoping last years experience was a fluke. NOPE even worse this year. Same people- Emma Daniels shouldn't have a job there after now losing 2 more companies. I will say it's 100% on her lack of care for the clients.
