My plan was exactly what was promised , but less than I expected. Alterations were done promptly, but I was hopong for a little more detail. I probably should have popped for the higher package, but what I got was sufficient for my needs.

I went thru the website and answered all the questions. They had my site map ready and emailed to me in a matter of a couple of hours. I added a couple more items to the map and is was done. Exactly what I needed for my shed permit. The will be my go to map planning guide. Thank you.

This online service is very good. Permit office prefers to have their drawing for approval. They deliver the site plan on time and make appropriate correction in a faster and accurate. Easy to work with. Overall, I highly recommend this online service for creating the site plan and others for obtaining the permits from your county before starting any house projects.

I have been a real estate broker for 35 years and have worked with many many "site plan" type companies over those years. In efforts to help my clients locate dwellings and improvements within property lines.....to secure sketches for permits such as new septic areas...well locations.....swimming pool installs and the like. "GET A SITE PLAN" far exceeded what I had expected when I recently used their service to secure a basic location drawing. I received the draft drawing the same day as the order!! And with two additional revisions (at no additional cost) the final product in less than 24 hours!! At a cost that was very very reasonable. They were very communicative and helpful and these days.......that seems to be a missing art from most companies. Great job Michael!! I needed this site plan to satisfy HOA requirements to erect a fence, install a patio and plant trees on my property. The site plan arrived quickly (within 24 hours) and did indeed satisfy fence requirements. Still waiting on approval for patio and trees. I do not anticipate any issues with the requests.

I recieved a very thorough drawing of my property and the updates I wanted to make to it. They adhered to my color schemes and made the whole thing nice and readable. They even had a quick turnaround to the changes I needed to make for it to be great.
