California Permit Issued - Amazing Value - Needed many iterations
Initially I was very frustrated because portions of the detailed instructions that I had provided were not followed at first and some distances and scale were clearly far off. However after emailing back and forth, they were able to correct things to my satisfaction (I still ended up modifying some things in my friend's Adobe Acrobat program).
Most importantly, the very problematic City Permitting Department in the California city I live in accepted the very professional looking Get-a-Site-Plan submitted Site Plan (with my framing plan that I added), and I NOW HAVE THE APPROVED PERMIT AND PASSED THE FINAL INSPECTION!
As background, there were over 3 years of failure with the problematic City Permitting Department before engaging GetaSitePlan. Dozens (maybe 100 hours?) wasted, that could have been avoided if I had known about GetaSitePlan earlier. Worth every penny of ~$259 Gold package, and then some.

I requested a site plan so I could present my HOA an architectural changes to my property
I requested a site plan so I could request some architectural changes on my property from my HOA and never recieved a site plan when I purchased the home. I located Get A Site Plan on the internet and proceeded to get a plan that would be suitable for my presentation to my HOA board. What I recieved was perfect. It showed the structure and the property line measurements and was just what I needed. If I need more forms for my property I will be sure to use Get A Sit Plan again. Thank you for the quick response. I will refer them to anyone I meet looking for this service.

The scale the plan is drawn at 1 inch to 150 ft is useless. This should have been emphasized before I spent my money.
