If you care about your car or expect even a shred of professionalism, do not use this company. I dealt with Thomas Davidson, who lied to me from the start. I had a hard deadline for my car to be picked up, as I was flying out the very next day. He guaranteed everything was scheduled. At the last minute, he claimed his truck broke down. When I tried to reach him to see if there was a backup plan, he completely ignored me—wouldn’t answer calls, wouldn’t respond to messages. WHAT A COWARD. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Unreliable, dishonest, and disgracefully unprofessional. Stay far away.

Catch your attention? It was my first time on a long ride out west and sending my bike is kind of personal. But Kelly and her team made it smooth as glass. Fluid communications, professional execution, and great pricing. From arranging pickup to delivery to a business and then the return trip logistics while between hotels in another country and on a flight, turned out to be perfectly handled.
