After needing a way to ship a vehicle halfway across the country and even after reading the horror stories of different companies, I was able to place my trust in this company. They did the work, communication was outstanding, and once the transportation was booked, the vehicle was almost immediately picked up and I had it just over a day later in perfect condition. I recently purchased a Vintage Yamaha and a Vintage Motorcycle Race/Ride was coming up and I explained that I realize time is tight but is there anyway you can get this to me on time for the race. Keep in mind that this was a pickup in Houston Tx and Delivery in NY. Kelly worked hard to find a trusted carrier and it was picked up and delivered in 4 days. In enough time for me to work on the bike and get it ready for the Race. I could not be happier nor more appreciative for Kelly and the Carriers hard work. Thank you Kelly !

Great communication setting up the transportation of my motorcycle. Once the carrier had been established, they were great at communicating the arrival time. The bike was well taken care of and arrived in perfect shape. The carrier unloaded the bike and was very polite and helpful. I had some delays with the dealer getting the bike ready and that pushed me up against a deadline where I would be leaving town. Kelly was very attentive with her communications and made it all happen efficiently. I would use this company again and would recommend them to anyone else.

they posted an ad for my shipment without my approval

they posted an ad for a shipment even though i had never interacted with the broker. the price on their ad was more than double the price that was offered by every other broker. when i asked them to remove the ad they refused

A friend recommended GetCarrier

A friend recommended GetCarrier, butI made the mistake of shopping around instead of just going with GetCarrier right off the bat. It’s been a month and I’m still getting spammed with calls and texts, and the callers outright refused to take me off their contact lists. The GetCarrier drivers showed up on time, got the car across the country (3k+ miles) in 5 days, and their pricing was comparable to the other trustworthy carriers. The $100-$200 you MAYBE could have saved by shopping around isn’t worth the constant bombardment of solicitations you will get if you put in a request online.
