Not clean... clean people laundry sheets
Ordered the laundry sheets because of all the hype ,how good they were supposed to be , Not cheap but thought I would give them a try.wish I hadent bothered ...they were useless.
Dident even get everyday stains out never mind ingrain ones. My normal washing detergent dealt with all stains easily,wish I had stuck to the norm,at least I would have clean clothes and extra money in my purse
Emailed the company and they said I needed to buy and add one of their stain removers to my wash as my clothes must have been really dirty...cheek of these people, I also stupidly ordered dishwasher tabs before I had tried the laundry sheets and these are just as useless.
Please don't waste your money, they maybe plastic free and safer to use but not worth the money.

Ordered my products on 26th June and still not delivered. Have reached out 3 times now and they advised they would resend ‘for free’ (how can I be getting something for free that I have already paid for 🤷♂️). However surprise surprise no product received as yet. Additionally no response from Hannah at ‘Customer Services’ to my last 2 messages. I keep getting review emails so here is your review

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful, says on the website no questions asked refund well that's not true for a start ! I have sent email after email asking for a return address and a full refund, only to now be ignored, because these laundry sheets left my clothes and washing machine smelling like wet damp dog !! Definitely disgusting took a few washes for my machine to return to normal even after a boil wash 😳
Please please DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING ‼️

Very disappointing experience from start to finish.
I placed an order with Clean People on May 18 and, nearly a month later, I still had not received it. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of customer service. Every email response took several days, I received generic replies that did not address my concerns, and there was no phone number or customer service representative available to speak with directly.
Over the course of multiple email exchanges, no one offered a concrete solution until I finally sent a firm complaint demanding either a replacement shipment or a refund. Only then was I informed that the package was "stuck in transit" and a refund was issued.
Mistakes and shipping issues can happen with any company. What separates good companies from bad ones is how they respond when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, Clean People failed on that front. There was no proactive communication, no urgency in resolving the issue, and no effort to make things right until I escalated the matter myself.
The entire experience wasted a significant amount of my time and left me with no confidence in the company. There are plenty of competitors in this space offering similar products, and based on my experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I cannot recommend Clean People based on the customer service I received.

Trust broken
Their products SEEM to be friendlier and their packaging is nice. But that's where the good experience ends. Their customer service is non-existent, they will spam your inbox with ridiculous sales tactics, and don't expect them to understand their own products. I shopped in the fragrance-free section of the site and bout 3 products. Only two were unscented. My emails received only an autoreply and nothing further. I won't trust them again.

I've ordered from them before but this is the 1st time I've needed to return an item. As instructed, I filled out their on line return form June 8, 2026. Got a response that they got it & would send further instructions in a couple days. No response by June 10, 2026. Sent an email. Got same response again. Here it is June 12, 2026 and still no response. I think they'll try to hold me off until it gets close to 30 days for a refund. What I want to return is a reusable silicone storage bag. It was shipped with my laundry detergent sheets so reeked of the detergent. Despite hand washing and drying then running it through my dishwasher the smell will not go away so I would not put food in this bag. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. If I do not hear by June 15, I will call my credit card and dispute the charge and have kept my emails from them.
Bought dishwasher pods and I am very disappointed. I couldn't figure out why every drink tasted like salt. Well, look at the ingredients. Sodium this, Sodium that and several other Sodium ingredients. Apparently it leaves a Sodium sediment on dishes, glasses and utensils. Not my dishwasher, it's brand new and the water temperature is very hot. DO NOT BUY.
Laundry sheets don't clean clothes either.
I'll go back to the standard detergents.

Made in Canada?!?!
I thought I was choosing a Canadian product. My billing showed a Texas address. I thought I was choosing an environmental option. After contacting them they informed me that the product is made in New Brunswick and then shipped to BC for packaging and then shipped to Wisconsin for distribution. A rough estimate….my laundry sheets travelled 9600 km to get to my door. What a shame
DISAPPOINTED that this USA company is advertising that CLEAN PEOPLE is manufactured in CANADA? From what i can see (ordered the laundry sheets) they are shipping from USA and seems only marketing materials reference Canada - why not tell the truth?
A disappointing start - i am still waiting for product delivery to know quality of product.

I’m so disappointed that this product does not clean as expected. The first box of laundry sheets worked well. The second box definitely has a problem. My clothes are not clean and my family has also noticed the same problem. I reached out to Clean People with no response back. I’ll start the search for a replacement.

Unable to cancel subscription you never signed up for to start with.
Clean people will sign you up for a subscription (automatic shipments charged to your credit card every month) unbeknownst to you. When you try to go online on their website you can't unsubscribe. I want to unsubscribe and you have to email customer service )no phone number). I've emailed twice and never received a response, just to cancel subscriptions you never signed up for initially.
We don't have a subscription, I wait for the 30% off sales and stock up. But I love the product. We have used these sheets for several years and find they work great and when on sale they are cheaper than the product we use to use. Our family has snsitive skin, so changing from a product that worked to an unknown was a difficult decision. However, we really hate the plastic involved in laundry detergent and decided to give it a shot with a small first time order. Haven't gone back since. The sheets come in an unscent version and has cauesed not problems with itchy skin for anyone. They clean our laundry and I only occasionally use a stain remover for harder stains, which I had to do with my previous detergent.

I purchased Clean People Dishwasher detergent pods and though they seem to clean the dishes okay, this detergent does not clean the coffee stains from my coffee cups. I went online to see what additive to use and 1 cup of baking soda is recommended. I won't purchase this product again, (however, I love the washing machine sheets).

I tried to cancel my subscription because I noticed sometimes the laundry detergent sheets were not dissolving and for the price that I paid I expected better than that. Anyways, so a box came and they charged me almost $50 so I contacted them right away and told them I wanted to cancel my subscription and that I wanted to return this unopened box, I emailed them three separate times and never got a response about returning the box only that they had canceled my subscription! These people are cons!

Good product; too many emails!
So far I am very pleased with the cleaning performance and ease of use of the laundry sheets. They also travel well. Have just purchased the dishwasher tablets so can't say how well they work.
I will say why this is not a five-star rating. From the moment I purchased from Clean People I have been inundated with spam aka continual, unending, and unwanted email solicitations to buy more!
My response is "No, thank you." When I want something, I'll find you! Blocking seems to be the only solution.

I responded to their Black Friday sale…
I responded to their Black Friday sale buy one laundry 96count sheets and get a 32 count free. I also ordered dryer sheets. I never received the free 32 count. When I contacted them all I kept getting was a message saying they don’t stack discounts. They said they applied the 30% discount which is not what I selected. I like the products, so I reordered in February, but instead of getting the dryer sheets I ordered, they sent me 3 bottles of dish soap. They wanted me to send a picture of the box and the product, but I was not able to do that. I don’t think I will order from them again, because they can’t seem to get anything right.

I had high hopes for this clean product…
I had high hopes for this clean product but my husband wants to stop using the dishwashing pods because they don't clean well. And I missed the due date for a return.
I received a bill from Clean People for a product I didn’t order. Contacting customer service was a nightmare! The only option was email and I got a form letter back that they would contact me within 72 hours. When they contacted me, they said I must have subscribed when I placed my last order (if that happened-and I have my doubts-the subscription requirement was buried in their sale advertising)-they stated I should have received an email notifying me of the subscription/order (I did not.) They stated that they had already shipped the product (that’s what happens when people can’t contact you immediately!) No refund was offered. I disputed the charge with my credit card and was refunded, but I am appalled by this company’s abominable customer service and what seems to me to be deceptive marketing practices!
