It is the same for me- thought it was an LL Beam site. Should have known better, but the prices were unbelievable, so I ordered about $45-to get the free shipping. No package delivered. Contacted them by email was told they would resend my order and still waiting. Would give a negative 0 if I could.

I would love to give a -0 but it won’t let me. This is a scam. They represented themselves as L.L.Bean. They provided a tracking number and you can tract the order up to the point where it shows delivered yet you never received it. They say thr order was lost and try to offer a 30% refund then 50% refund then 75% refund after refusing they then try to get you to agree with the refund less shipping. The order did not have shipping on it to begin with. I ended up requesting my full refund plus an additional % for my troubles and everytime they came back with a different offer I would increase the additional % request. Finally they said they would refund me. I never received the refund. After contacting them again, they claimed there was an error in processing the refund and they would have to restart the process. I have continued requesting my refund just to aggravate them for stealing my money. Each time they send back one of three or four different emails. Today they said the process was complete and I have my refund. They are liars I have not received my refund I never will. I reported them to L.L.Bean fraud department and to the BBB and now on here.
I would give 0 stars if I could this is a scam. They pretend to mail it to you and you never get it. Then they try and act like they will give you a partial refund and you get nothing. I lost over 50 bucks. SCAM!!!!!!!!.
I had two orders with this company. I received neither order. I reached out six times each time they sent an email saying just wait. I've still never received the order and they've never responded one from the first time I asked for a refund. This company is a scam.

Woke up early and happen to click this site thinking I was ordering LL Bean (I was half a sleep) and dumb person I am order quite a lot of stuff only totally $54. I got an email and it said the products were being delivered from China and I knew I did something stupid. I just recheck the delivery and it said it was delivered 2/4/25 and I received nothing and now trying to get a hold of someone is a disaster. Help!!
BIG SCAM!!! I placed an order and paid for it Jan.12, 2025. Been tracking the order regularly. The order was supposed to have been delivered on Feb.15, 2025. I haven't received my order yet nor proof of delivery. How do I get a refund?
Placed order since they claimed to be LLBean. Ordered Jan 6 and after tracking, they claimed it was delivered Feb 8th. Nothing was delivered. Now they just want to give me a 30% refund. Big scam! They just bumped up refund to 50% after calling them out on this.
This company is SCAM SCUM ! They make it seem as if order is being delivered, then say it was delivered and then ask you to pay an additional fee to get your order. Good thing it was not a lot of $$ for me. BE CAREFUL AND DONT FALL FOR IT!!
I ordered on 1/15/2025 Still have yet to receive my package. I been tracking a package that never came. It said it was delivered 2/13/25 in the middle of the night. UPS and DHL was supposed to be the delivery service that they said will be delivering the packages. I'm still waiting and can't even get in touch with anyone because they have no number. The email is invalid. Helpgetdrant.site is the email I have but you can't email them. How am I supposed to get my money back. This is crazy. I had to rate them but I really don't want to. I rate them 1star for being smart in making me a jacka** by taking my money. I am glad I didn't order no more than 30 to 40 dollars but still no one wants to be scammed out of their money because I really would love my money back . I even called UPS and DHL and they said they didn't even have tracking numbers that started off like the numbers I had. Someone needs to be held accountable for this.
I ordered LL Bean products from getdrant.com. I received tracking information but no product. I have been in touch with customer service. They have offered me a 50% credit and 70% credit. In my world, no product equals full refund. SCAM!! Charges are being disputed with credit card company.

Tell us how to get a refund. This is definitely a SCAM. MY experience is the same as everyone else's. Followed delivery, said it was delivered yesterday, Feb. 13, 2025. Nothing.
Never received the package. They said it was signed for but couldnt provide me with a name or address of who signed. They couldnt provide me with a tracking history or valid tracking number either. They also offered a 30% refund and never came through. Scam and they need to go to jail. Preying upon hard working people is very low and i wish that you face your sinking ship fast and cant scam anyone else. SCAM!!!
Order discounted LL Bean items, got a tracking # but never received the package. The carrier showed that the package was received but I never got it. I’ve contacted the company but have yet to receive my money back or the package. SCAM. Big time.
Definitely scan site. I had the same experience as the previous poster regarding LL Bean clothing. Never received the items and after 6 weeks they told me my package was lost. However they only offered me a 30% refund. Stay away from these people!
This is a scam site. They advertise discounted LL Bean clothing andd they take 30 to deliver and then the shipping company never delivers the items even though they claimed they were delivered. They do refund for their faulty courier.
