What wonderful people work at Happy Hemp! Everything is great 😃. Had a hiccup, but they took care of me right away. Product I ordered was very effective. I'm a senior, always in pain. I used the gummies, sat down to watch a movie. About an hour later, it suddenly occurred to me that I had NO pain. Not anywhere. I was so happy 😊. It lasted about five hours. I actually cried in relief. I have been in pain for years, but I couldn't keep up with the cost of the Medical Marijuana card and the products were also expensive and not as good, not by a long shot. PLEASE support the cause. People in pain should not be stigmatized as drug abusers. And yes, nice buzz. I would not drive while using. God bless everyone at Happy Hemp! Linda

Thank you Happy Hemp!! You came through again. The last order I placed with a drop shipper looked like the seal had been broken. I wrote to Happy Hemp with a picture and they were so good to send me a whole new bottle!!! Happy Hemp has the best customer service and always answers my questions. Happy Hemp has the best tasting CBD that works wonderfully for my arthritis!!! Satified customer!

Our gummies are now packaged in child-resistant bottles, which no longer include the inner freshness seal. Instead, they use an exterior tamper-evident security seal that may occasionally become torn during shipping. When I tell you the customer service was superb, stellar and amazing - I truly mean it! A breath of fresh air in this world of rudeness, incompetence and laziness. These products are great quality and they arrive on timely delivery but if you have hot weather you better get ice they will melt and ask for extra ice because I got one ice pack and 100 degree weather one ice pack will still melt the gummies I know mine still came almost totally melted but I still order because they really help I just have to cut them as best I can equally

Happy Hemp has beautiful pipes, just BEWARE, I purchased a decortive pipe MARCH 26,2026, on June 12th, 2 1/2 months later, I found that the hole in the bowl was crumbled, enlarging the size of the hole, could smoke because the weed would fall thru.. Happy Hemp had no DESIRE to replace my pipe, instead offered me a 20% discount... Why would I want to spend more money with this company, if the only product I brought from them turned out to be a flop/defective.. I have not tried any of there other products, after my pipe incident, I have no desire to do business with this company.. just wondering if this has happened to anyone else..7 days retrn policy..WTF.. your pipe didn't cumble in 7 days, it crumbled 2 months, 17 days.. that's how long it took to crumble..

After reviewing your case, we found that the order was delivered in March 2026, and the concern regarding the pipe was brought to our attention over two months later. While we understand your frustration, the determining factor in our decision was not solely the timeframe. The photos provided showed that the item had been used. As outlined in our return policy, returns for these items must generally be initiated within 7 days of delivery. In some circumstances, we do make exceptions; however, those exceptions are typically limited to items that remain unused. Although we were unable to approve a replacement in this instance, we offered a discount as a gesture of goodwill.
