Great experience
Great communication. Boat was great for our needs. They were flexible on our schedule due to an incoming storm that day. We would book again in the future! Thx!

From the areas on the boat we were…
From the areas on the boat we were allowed in. It was very nice. Some of the areas on the boat were blocked off and we could not access where other people were. We were unaware that there will be other guest that we did not know on that side of the boat. Also, we were not allowed to use the kitchen or play music in the inside of the boat. The price that was paid to them since a bit extreme for not having access to the entire boat.
Everything was perfect!

Its literally the AirBnB of boats
Its literally the AirBnB of boats. I love the fact that I dont have to do all the work of owning a boat, but get to use one whenever I feel like it. Whats easier, buying a $100,000 boat and paying thousands to maintain it, or renting one just for the moments u actually need one? I'll for sure be using this site again.
I found a boat
I found a boat, paid in full. They then disable my account. I had to verify my identity. I did. They then canceled my reservation and told me the refund would take 10 days. I called to see why it was canceled. They wouldn’t tell me. I don’t have a boat or my money.
Ahoy!!
We rented Captian John's Tritoon boat for my 60th birthday celebration and it was AWESOME! The boat was beautiful and spotless and Captain John could not have been more accommodating and professional. This is our first time doing something like this and we made a vow to continue to treat ourselves at least every other month!

The app was so easy to ue and the each captain was very helpful and had quick responses. I was able to choose which met our needs and our captain was the best. So prompt and courteous and patient with teaching us to wake surf. Totally recommend the app & Captain Johnny for lLake Austin!!!
