Talked to a payment specialist. She pulled up our account and told me she showed it in good standing. I told her that on our October statement it showed that it was printed on 10/10 and then also showed the date payment was needed as 10/10 instead of our usual due date at the end of the month. She was very kind and helpful.

Erika was calm, kind, and the willingness to be helpful. Honestly, I didn’t think anyone would be available to assist. Erika ABSOLUTELY made my day. In addition, she answered on 1 and 1/2 rings and answered ALL of my questions which is EXCELLENT customer service. She was EXTREMELY helpful and patient. I never had a problem signing into my account and for the last 3 months i was unable to sign in same password same username but not login in, they said to talk to my employer he said he unlocked it but I,m still unable to sign in and powerpay refused to help me, its alway the same thing talk to your employer.

I found it disturbingly difficult to find out the last day of my no interest loan, it was not clearly stated on the PDF I was sent, nor was it clearly stated on either the Loan status Portal nor the Client Portal, nor was there any available to download documentation to identify the date. I paid the loan what I thought was about 25 days before the date I was told, only to discover I got charged a small amount of interest. I won't use this company again given the opportunity.

I have been doing things online for decades. This is the WORST LOAN COMPANY EVER. I tried to login, I know my password, and it is not working. I call, wait forever to speak to someone, she sends me a password link, doesn't give me a chance to get to my email, it expired in less than a minute then says well I already sent a link wait another 5 minutes.

Do not do business with this company. I closed on a property that I had work done on and at closing, the title company sent a check to them overnighted to pay off the balance of what work was done. When the title company called to verify the correct address, they gave them the wrong address. So the overnighted check has been floating around somebody's office at a different address, not opened. And not applied, and for 2 weeks, I was getting calls about payments due and collecting the debt when my payoff, check was lost by them because they gave the title company the wrong information. I talked to several different people, Nobody could tell me exactly where my payment went even though I gave them the tracking number, the date that it was signed for and by whom. The worst business practice!!
