I had a very nice experience with Get Thin USA. They always answered my questions or concerns in a timely manner through patient portal or a phone call. I enjoyed the coaching sessions. I only did mine once a month. I did not take them up on all their different sessions. I am 71 years old. Started the program 9 months ago. Needed to lose 50 pounds. I was having back and leg pains. My doctor suggested Mounjaro, but my insurance would not pay and out of pocket would have been $850 dollars a shot. Too expensive for this girl. I tried dieting but I needed a little more help. They were there especially at the beginning when I felt the worst. Great support. They are not the cheapest but it was easy to fill out the medication refill forms and it was always on time straight to my front door. I am down from 150 to 101. I am 4 ft. 10 inches tall. Now that my BMI is under 22 I no longer qualify for their program. They do not have a micro

When I ordered I told the agent I didn't want my meds sent out until I talked to the doctor. I told him this numerous times but he didn't listen. He went ahead and had it mailed. **UPDATE** After posting my review GetThin Customer Service manager called me to apologize and confirmed that the form was missing. She had her Team Lead call me to get the form filled out and medication sent out immediately. I truly appreciate any company that can admit a mistake was made, because we all do from time to time, but also made sure to make it right. Back to a happy customer. At first I was high pressured into buying but the price was good. 2 weeks ago I got an email telling me to fill out the form for another medication delivery which was right on time... great! However I go to my account because the link didn't work, but there is no form. I email on June 24 and got the boilerplate "working on it, we'll get back to you". Still no response after 6 days of waiting. I email again letting them know I took my last dose and need more medication. Same response with no follow up. So I use the chat and got the instructions where to find the form only. I responded I know where it SHOULD be but it's not there. I sent a screenshot to show it says no pending or unsubmitted forms. I am days away from needing to start my new dose and they can't be bothered. 2 weeks trying to get my medication, shouldn't have to chase a company down. Still no form to fill out either.
