I have been using Tongo off and on for the past 2 plus years and I have to say it has been a great experience. It has helped me with my cash flow, very easy to get approved, do not have to involve my Broker for approvals like others, Visa card tied to it very convenient, good reporting for my tax deductions, great customer service for questions, etc. I definitely will keep using them and highly recommend!!

Tongo was very helpful in setting up an advance I requested on a property. I like the outline they use of setting up the amount of draw you have available and you can draw all of it or a little at a time. It was an easy process with reasonable fees. The staff was very patient in helping me understand how to complete the process.
