My first experience using Tongo was great! Mikki provided prompt and helpful feedback to ensure that I clearly understood the process regarding my request. It was an easy process and helped me during a time when I needed it the most. I had a death in my family and needed to make travel arrangements to head home to NY quickly. My next closing wasn't until the following month. I am grateful for this company and the professional and kind service that was provided to me.
