I placed an order 20 July 2026 to have a plant delivered to a client. It showed delivery time was 22 July. On 24 July I got an emailed saying it was delivered. I reached out to Giftblooms to see who they delivered it to, since the delivery email said if no one was there they would leave it somewhere (Which I did not agree to). Got an email response saying they will check into my delivery. Got a response two work days later saying there was a delivery delay and that it never was delivered. what is it with gifting companies in Berlin? this is the second company I tried to deliver a gift for the same cause. Why is it so hard to pay for and have a gift delivered with these online companies?

Birthday surprise from Singapore for my

I ordered this from Singapore for my partner who is currently in Chile. Very prompt delivery! It arrived 9.30am local time in the morning and it’s a birthday surprise for him. It sent a big smile on his face 😀

On-time delivery of a lovely gift that turned out to be better than in the picture.

Selection, ordering, payment and delivery of the gift went smoothly. The delivery happened on the stipulated date. The gift was received at a reception area so that the recipient could collect it later when time allowed. I look terrific in real life and tasted great so I was told.

The flowers were gorgeous

The flowers were gorgeous, better than I had hoped for. They delivered same day, as promised. All in all, very satisfied with the purchase. The only criticism I have is that there isn't a real time tracker for the progress of the order. I couldn't see if it was actually being taken care of - (Your flowers are being designed - Out for delivery - etc.) and I did not receive conformation until long after they arrived.
