The listed rebates from Continental specifically may be difficult

Updated later the same day (7-AUG-26) - I received an email from Niel, a CSR for Giga. The message was that I was confused, my tires were not part of the "current" rebate - blah, blah. But Niel did not do any research, as the tires were purchased during the prior rebate, ended 30-JUN. Coincidentally Continental reached out to me earlier today, and they now have my rebate back on track. If Niel had not contacted me with a somewhat condescending message from Giga Tires, I would have left the 4 star review from earlier on this day intact. Instead Giga took strong hold of the issue and is now rewarded with this updated, and likely fully concluded, episode culminating in a 1 star review. Updated 7-AUG-26 - Continental has taken the blame in full. But the fact that I had to spend a few hours to chase this rebate, and since I still have not heard directly from Giga-tires; 4 stars. Updated 6-AUG-26 - Giga Tires response says they will contact me directly. I have tentatively added a star. Original review - They have rebates listed on their site for Continental tires. While they are an authorized reseller, they are not listed as an online seller on Continental's dealer locator site. My rebate claim was denied. Giga Tires should be explicit and clear that rebates do not actually apply to customer purchasing tires online.

I tried to cancel within a minute of…

I tried to cancel within a minute of ordering, both by computer and phone. Only to be told too late. Have to wait to receive and then ship back. I appreciate quick but I realized I had something wrong and didn’t mean to submit.

Giga tires was terrific

Giga tires was terrific. My only complaint is that the service center would not install the tires, so I needed to make other arrangements which added about $150 to the overall cost. GT should really make sure that their service partners can handle the job.

Highly Recommend

Tires got here quickly, fit with no issues, and helped me sell an older trailer I desperately needed to get rid of. I will be returning for my truck tires when the time comes.

They sent me the wrong tire then told…

They sent me the wrong tire then told me I have to send them pictures to prove it. Then they sent me shipping labels and told me I have to take it to fedex. Then when the get them they will send me the the tire I had ordered and was waiting on.

The tire installer I chose had issues!

The tire installer I chose had a tire balance machine that did improper balancing, they were aware of the problem. Tire installation company could have informed me of the problem and referred me to one of their other locations.The installer didn’t cancel my appointment, when they had already installed the tire.

Horrible customer service I was sent…

If I could give a zero star I would Horrible customer service I was sent the wrong tires and was told the website has not been updated and when I got the tires not only were they the wrong tire the production date was 2022 it’s 2026 and when I called to have them exchanged they told me they couldn’t because the system wouldn’t allow it they gave me no compensation only a headache with no solution but send the tires back and wait for them to inspect them then wait to get a refund never dealt with company that is so inconsiderate of customers who spend almost 700 on 4 tires I’m a very understandable person but this was a time I felt like they did not care or understand it was there fault wasted my time held my money for two weeks and in the end did not compensate me for there mistake first company I dealt with that was this terrible.
