Been a customer for years - SCAMMED
EDIT: wow, after reading through the 1 star reviews, Glamnetic basically doesnt deliver their product. Do not order from Glamnetic, it's become a scam. Been a customer for years. I bought every few months from their website, usually around $200 + an order. I decided to get myself some special nails. I've fallen on really tough times, got ptsd from being a first responder, and all I was looking forward to was my package of nails coming. At least if nothing was going right in my life, I would have nice nails to look at each day. Fast forward, package never came. Was home all day. I had previous deliveries that had been sitting on the porch for a couple days, so no possibility for porch pirates (although glamnetic doesnt help by making their packaging the brightest most metallic colour they could find...) Contacted support. Just got the corporate nonsense of "not our problem but I hope you keep giving us your money". That was Glamnetic's ONLY response. I emailed back, politely, twice. I explained my situation. Nothing. (But if you write any reviews online, they immediately respond "ooohh we're just soooo sorry, pls contact our support team @glamnetic.com". How is that helpful if they just ignore customer emails?) For context, this order was just over $100. I usually put $200-$300 orders in. Never had a problem before. All I wanted was my order re-sent with a signature required. But now I will NEVER shop glamnetic again. The grief this has caused me is insane. I've cried and almost threw up over all this. And the worst part is how much i would talk about glamnetic to anyone i could! Literally anyone who would ask about my nails, i would have them write down Glamnetic or check out the website on the spot. Not just because I liked their product, but because I genuinely believed they were a good company. I thought they had great customer service, but they're just another greedy mega company that doesnt see its customers as people. If glamnetic had simply just resent my order, I would have never shut up about them. I would have yelled from the rooftops how amazing this company is. Now, I'll never buy again. Customer loyalty is wasted on companies like Glamnetic. Fortunately, my friends/family and I have found some fantastic dupes on amazon for way better prices. Glamnetic has also raised all their nail sets by at least $5. If you're going to pay a premium like that, then there should be way better customer service available. Glamnetic, you really know how to drive customers away.

Costumer of 3+ years. Will NEVER buy from this brand ever again. I loved glamnetic. As a paramedic, regular press-ons didn't last. However glamentic held up great. I regularly put in $150 regularly, as well as buy them from sephora and Amazon. I told every person I could about glamnetic and how they were worth it. I ordered $120 of nails for my birthday. It was the only gift I got myself and I was so looking forward to having many new nail options. Even though they had raised their prices by a whopping 25% since I had last shopped, I still put in my order. I had a bad feeling about it, but went ahead because I had ordered before. Order never arrived. Said arrived. Glamnetic blamed it on the shipper and the shipper blamed it on glamnetic. And I just lost out. No nails, no refund. Am involuntary donation straight to corporate greed. What bothered me most about the whole thing was glamnetic's response (or lack of). For years, they have had attentive, amazing customer service. When I reached out by both text and email, I was replied to work a corporate script immediately absolving themselves of any wrong doing, before even asking me anything. I explained it was my birthday gift to myself, how this wasn't a small amount of money to me and how devastated I was. I got told "we're escalating you're issue". And never heard from them again. They would respond to any emails or texts. THAT is disturbing. To know a company won't investigate your order and just assume you'll be okay handing over your money for no product or even explanation. I was a life time customer until this week. I hope that $120 is more valuable to them than the hundreds more I would have spent each year. BEWARE. Edit: I already emailed your company. You have ignored all my communications. What a cop out reply...

Jam drizzle is striking
Jam drizzle is striking! It’s not the most summery color, but my 4 year old really wanted me to wear them and I’m glad she convinced me - they’re beautiful! I definitely see myself wearing these again. I’ve also noticed my nails stay on much longer (like weeks) when I use the brush on glue vs the tube glue.

Such a fan of the Quick Press Mani’s!
The application is super quick… it’s literally impossible to mess up, and I’ve had zero issues with them coming loose doing dishes, laundry, etc… This French Noir set is like a mini version of Black Truffle, another of my favorite Glamnetic sets. So pretty!

Outstading Customer Service
I had an issue with a product more than a month after receiving my order, and the customer service was genuinely outstanding. The team handled everything quickly and professionally, which has definitely made me want to shop with them again. The nails themselves are fantastic – really easy to apply, long-lasting, and they look beautiful. I wore the All Time Love set for my wedding at the beginning of May and received so many compliments on how pretty they were. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

Great quality nails with a wide range…
Great quality nails with a wide range of sizes. I I've tried a lot of other press-on nails but I always end up going back to Glamnetic because of the durability. They also have great customer service; I had an issue with a set of chrome nails in which the chrome flaked off after just one day on my hands. I chatted with a service representative, sent a picture of the flaking Chrome, and a replacement set was on its way the next day. A little pricey for press on nails but worth it.

Really wanted to love these
Really wanted to love these, but so disappointed that the short nails are SO LONG, I can’t do anything with them on and they basically double the length of my nails. Wasted money

The nails are super good quality and last up to a month on my nails if properly applied. Customer service is also amazing. Won’t use any other press-on from now on

These nails are unbelievable! They’re the perfect length for me, they have so many wonderful and cute designs. The nails lasted nearly 4 weeks on my nails… and the glue is honestly the strongest glue i’ve ever used on any fake nails. I’ve found my new go-to nails, for such a decent reasonable price.

Can't even last a week
Idk if I just wash my hands too often but idk how these nails last for 2 weeks on some people. It gets looser every time it gets in water like showering or washing hands. The design on the tips also come off very easily. They have good variety but I think I need to find something else.

I don’t like that I cannot track my package with out the stupid other app not connecting to shop now I can’t track where me package is. Stupid! Give me the option of tracking with a tracking number !

Feels nostalgic!
First time ordering long coffin nails but the Juicy nails were such a fun surprise. Love the gorgeous pink color, and the sparkles add the perfect touch. The length is long, but not unmanageable long.

My nails broke quickly
My nails arrived quickly. However, these things are a pain to apply. Glue is messy and will stick to places you didn’t realize you glued by mistake. The nails looked cute for 8 hours then the ends bent and broke. I had the super short ones too. I just returned the nails I ordered and will try to soak these stupid things off.

Awesome nails, even better customer service!
I’m a repeat buyer of the nails! I like the sticky tabs and I like that they sell brush on glue, but I haven’t had good luck with the glue remover. It makes the press ons brittle and breaks at least two every time I’ve tried it, which defeats the purpose of reusing the nails. BUT, when I emailed support around summer this past year they were super nice and sent me a free set of nails!! If I use the glue, I just wait for them to pop off, about two weeks. The sticky tabs last anywhere between a couple days and a week depending on wear and application. As for the magnetic liner and lashes: the pen liner I bought seemed to dry out super quickly, so I might try the liquid liner. I love the lashes though, I ordered Precious, and even though I wear glasses I feel like they are a good size
