Items are very stylish and well priced. They arrived in good time and were very safely packaged. Winnie was particularly helpful. I would include a picture of my items in situ but not sure how to do that

Great customer service!
I ordered a vanity and one of the 2 pieces of glass cane shattered. I contacted the command they are sending a replacement. Winnie was very helpful in getting this resolved quickly. Coming from so far away there’s bound to be an occasional mishap. It was packaged VERY well and not the fault of the company I’m sure. It probably got dropped in transit but I can not believe with the incredible packing it could break. Good company and Winnie is on top of it. I appreciate the help and quick response time.

A Huge Shoutout to Winnie and Homary’s Customer Service
My whole experience with customer service for my original chair order has been so seamless. I want to thank Winnie for being so kind and personable in her response to my email where I stated a refund would be my best option for the given moment. It is because of such excellent customer service, like Winnie has provided, that brings customers back. I also appreciate that the chair wasn’t in top tier condition, so instead of still shipping it to me, Homary pulled it from the catalogue entirely. That shows great care in Homary’s products and consideration for their customers. Thank you so much.

Decent communication but..
I made a 5 year warranty claim and received a 50% refund instead of a replacement product (which was no longer available). I would have preferred a free replacement of a comparable product which would have motivated me to continue new business with the company.
