What I liked most was their professional approach and willingness to make adjustments based on my feedback. The distribution process was handled smoothly and I was kept informed at every step. There is always room for improvement, but overall I found them reliable for distribution services.
My initial plan was to publish only on kindle, but the team suggested expanding distribution to platforms like Apple Books and kobo. I wasn't aware of some of these marketplaces before, so it was a useful learning experience. I ended up getting around 50 sales from those additional platform, which was a nice surprise. The overall process was smooth, and the team stayed helpful and communicative throughout. There were a few minor delays, but nothing major, and everything was handled professionally. Overall, I'm satisfied with the results and the broader reach my book achieved.
