Globus is a top tier tour company. The tour stops were quality. The staff from customer service to the tour director to the driver are excellent and helpful. The coach is clean and very comfortable. The extra excursions were so fun. I would take another Globus tour in a heartbeat! Book your tour now!
Everyone was very knowledgeable and informative. The sites were breathtaking and the excursions were wonderful. A little more time to explore certain areas or museums would have been nice.

A well organised tour with prompt schedules. Alina the Tour Director was excellent.... friendly, caring yet very professional. She was always ready to assist us in whatever was our concerns. Otto is a great driver, friendly, helpful and drove us around very safely.

Globus did a fantastic job on our Introduction to Ireland tour. The staff and service was outstanding from start to finish. We appreciated how they handled every detail of the trip, like one-stop shopping. The hotel choices were nice quality with amazing breakfast and dinners. The variety of choices on excursions really helped us immerse ourselves in the culture. Globus is our go to for travel tours.
Overall my tour was very good although we did have the advantage of not having a full coach. The accommodation was better than I thought and in most instances very central. I would have liked to have been more central in Belfast as we didn’t have enough time or were not close enough to be able to go and explore. Maybe you could forgo the meal here and put that cost towards accommodation closer to the city, I’m sure people wouldn’t mind getting their own meal for 1 more night The tour guide was very knowledgeable, accommodating and approachable The driver was also very experienced and approachable

The Globus tour of the maritimes is a great mix of sightseeing, historical experiences, educational demonstrations, and the region’s culinary delights. Our tour guide Annette and our driver Randie made the trip thoroughly enjoyable. This was my first tour with Globus and it will not be my last!

This was a great tour. Our tour guide was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, professional and organized. He explained everything clearly and concisely. Gert was always there for us if we had a question or a problem. I also liked the tour bus driver. He was very professional and safe. Rafael did a great job maneuvering us through some difficult traffic. He really knew what he was doing. The sites and tours we booked and the ones that were booked by Globus were wonderful. Globus also did a nice job with our luggage and airport pick up and drop offs. I would recommend Globus to everyone. Thank you Globus!
ALL of the local guides were excellent, as were their excursions! One land guide (Agatha) was new to the position (best I can tell), very knowledgeable, but things were not super smooth. The second land/sea guide (Vassiliki) was a veteran and things ran smooth as glass! Some excursions felt rushed (Ephesus, Philipi) and others had nice free time (Santorini & Mykonos). ALL guides were polite and knowledgeable! Some hotels were better than others (Hotel Amalia was nice, Hotel Zafolia was fair, ship cabin was nice).
We have used Globus and Avalon Waterways a number of times, and we're always very satisfied with the experience from beginning (calling and making the arrangements, the actual travel destination and tour, and to the end (coming home). Setting up the travel and the tour always works well, and once we reach our tour/travel destinations, the tour guides always are top notch, caring, and true professionals.
