I ordered a set of garden shears in August of 2024. Never received them I have been sending emails to them. Last I heard from them was October 12 2024 when they were going to check with the logistics company as to where they were. It is now the first day of 2025. I have ask for a response numerous times to no avail. Hopefully I will receive them this year. Craig Kaser

Don’t ever buy anything from this scam of a place will not call it a company because they are not. Took my money said it was delivered which it wasn’t and will not answer emails. TikTok lets them advertise on their site probably to get money from them but will not help you in anyway. Should be banned from advertising in the US.

CIKOLY PTE LTD IS A FRAUD AND A SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COST

This Chinese supplier is carrying out an elaborate Internet scam. They have set up a bogus online tracking website which they update themselves with bogus tracking updates to fool unsuspecting buyers that their purchase is being shipped. They put on their fake tracking website that the item I purchased from tiktok shop was out for delivery on Saturday and updated it as delivered on Sunday. They didn't realise that nobody delivers anything on Sunday in the UK and this was the 1st red flag 🚩 I was home all day on Sunday and there was no delivery yet they updated the tracking to delivered on Sunday 25 days after purchase and a bunch of nonsense update tracking on their fake tracking website. I had to open a PayPal dispute to finally obtain my refund. They kept responding to my PayPal messages with a load of nonsense. They were trying to run down the clock for me to escalate my PayPal claim so that they could disappear with my hard earned cash. Avoid this scam online fraudulent Chinese seller like the plague. They are a bunch of unapologetic thieves giving China and it's honest sellers a bad reputation.

I never recieved the item that I purchased. This company is nothing but a SCAM. BUYERS BEWARE. If its too good to be true then don't buy it. I did recieved my money back from PAYPAL. Thank god.

I have not received my product at all. They think they get away with demanding sending me a new product through PayPal conversion that I send a dispute through. Say no all the time but won’t let them get away with it .

New TikTok scam Glorbest/Floccina

I also was a victim of this TikTok scam. All described things I can attest to. The vendor isn’t reacting on emails because I didn’t receive the product. A tracking was available and tracked down on 17 track but here in Germany it wasn’t delivered. Paypal is refusing the buyer protection because a a tracking number was available and it’s said - delivered. No proof because nobody was here, they haven’t my signature or a photo of the delivery. Beware and don’t order! UPADATE: After telephone call with Paypal, they stepped in and helped me. Thank you for that!

Wish I could give no stars because I’ve had no product. I feel such a fool. I was always wary of TikTok shop but I’d been pleasantly surprised every time but this one has spoilt it. Any ideas how to get my money back? They don’t respond to emails.

SCAM!! PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE!

I wish I would have checked this page before ordering from Glorbest! I spent $80 on items... they sent a fake tracking number.... it has been 2 months since my order and still haven't received it. The fake tracking number goes to no where. I filed a claim with Paypal... I was denied because they provided a tracking number. I'm just blown away that this company could rip this many people off and Paypal doesn't even protect me from it. I'm done with Paypal too! Moral of the story... don't buy from this place. They will take your money and laugh at you while you try and get it back.

Beware of this shop! I ordered tech products from here but ended up receiving a completely worthless ring instead. After doing some research, I found out that this is a fraudulent seller based in China that does not actually send the products they advertise. Customer service is unreachable, and my inquiries have gone unanswered. I strongly advise against buying from this shop! Save your money and time by avoiding it

Tiktok Ad; ordered product; waited 30 days but did not arrive; contested with paypal; glorbest response was to contact USPS 1-800 number, but gave no details on where it was shipped from nor a USPS tracking number, so USPS has no way to track. This is a scam company from all signs. I'm escalating with paypal.
