Fantastic Quality! So Pretty!
Ordering experiencing was really smooth! The keys are gorgeous! I love them! The only thing was it took nearly 3 months to get here, I ordered them April 27th, they came in today. I didn't know exactly how long that process would take. I had read some feedback on reddit and saw some reviews on YouTube. They had said it could take a while, but many had said they actually recieved theirs much sooner. Knowing this, I would still order again as I'm very happy with these, but just keep in mind they may take longer to arrive due to factors that may not be under their control. Also they sound lovely on an Aula F108 Pro with Wind Spirit Linear switches.
You like Custom stuff? This is for you
Their stuff is high quality and amazing. I ordered a custom keyset and the keycap keychain and I love both of them. Will order more stuff in the future. I love custom stuff.
Keycaps look great
Keycaps look great, thank you very much :)
Goated
I’ve had custom itachi keycaps from here for 2 years now and they still have amazing quality. Survived many spills, paint doesn’t rub off even after I’ve cleaned them multiple times still looks great as ever. Customer service is great always, answered my questions and gets back to me fast. Probably the only place I’d personally get keycaps from.
They do some real neat collabs with content creators!
They get back to you very fast VIA email and the collab items I ordered arrived very fast too. The designs on them are well made and very cute. To be honest they did all the small things right and I'm always happy to get great customer service over all!
Very good quality and custoer service, but it can take a while
I ordered a keycap set. The quality was very good, I have to say. Whenever I had questions or concerns, I received a reply within 2 days—also very helpful. Ordering can be a bit expensive, but that’s partly due to shipping costs. However, discounts happen pretty often, which basically mitigates that. As a one-time purchase, I don’t mind. I only had one problem: my order was only shipped after I specifically asked for it. It took 1 month and 19 days.
Helpful team
The customer help staff were very good at helping me to find the right product for a keyboard with an odd layout. While I found the Adobe Illustrator format reliance a bit of a hurdle, the process was otherwise very smooth. They even sent a tutorial on how to resolve an error I had made in formatting the file once the design team was looking at it. All in, their turnaround time was also rather quick as compared to the advertised turnaround time.

High quality printing and good customer service
At first I was displeased, I had ordered two mousepads and both of them had holes in the padding, getting gel everywhere. After sending pictures of my products, I was quickly given replacements for both of them and apologized to. The second shipment came with hard plastic casing to make sure they were undamaged. I am very happy with my replacement product and the customer service. The printing of the design is very high quality, with the colors looking exactly how they appeared digitally.
Made a mistake and mended it quickly
Sent the wrong item and fixed the issue as quickly as they could. Very quick to respond and even covered the cost of sending the wrong item back.

Clickity Clackity all day at my workspace :)
I ordered the Fizz and Flourish RGB Mechanical Keyboard and it is FANTASTIC! The delivery took slightly longer than anticipated, however, the team at Goblintechkeys were very understanding and responsive. I love my keyboard. It is so easy and satisfying to type on AND the design of the key caps are super cute. The keys also have a backlight that light up when I type! That is such a fun feature. It goes well with my desk setup. I am very excited to use it. Thank you Goblintechkeys AND Fizz and Flourish for this incredible addition to my workspace! Needless to say I might be eyeing other keyboard designs for future as well :) Typing has never felt so addictive.

Creating custom keycaps
I decided to designee my own keycaps (96% layout). The processes was smooth and easy to follow. If I had any questions, staff were helpful and quick to respond. The product itself looks fantastic, the level of detail up close is fairly high and consistent (meaning you can't see the individual pixels). I also like how the print wraps around the sides of each keycap, giving it that extra special look. Would recommend!
Saw Goblintechkeys do a collab with the… Wolf cryptid Vtuber FRAEYA VALENTINE
Saw Goblintechkeys do a collab with the Vtuber Fraeya and boyyyy did they deliver! The custom keycaps were super cute and clicky without being too loud. It is such a satisfying click. Was only expecting the fidget keychain, but they also sent a lot of other stars and assortments mini pink bell to go along with it as well! A nice surprise. Thank youuu!!!
