What reviewers say
AI generatedReviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers truly love the fantastic quality of the products, noting that the keycaps, switches, and custom designs always look clear, crisp, and wonderful. People also mention that the support team and creative designers are extremely helpful, very patient, and quick to resolve any custom requests. However, some reviewers noted that delivery and shipping times can sometimes be quite long since packages are shipped from overseas locations. A few other people also felt that they faced occasional minor issues with incorrect item colors or design alignment during their custom orders.

Great service and well done website to…
Great service and well done website to make my keys. It took a bit longer than expected but with all the orders I can see it. Package came well done and all keys work perfectly!
Goblintechkeys service and shipping
bought a glasspad from these amazing people. It arrived in Croatia within 4 days, after being shipped. Also their custom support super comunicative and fast answering. 5/5
Great quality and customer service
Amazing quality and absolutely amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend for your custom key caps.
nice switches
nice switches! nice switches little to none of the pins were bent only downside was the shipping took quite a bit c:
Custom Keycaps & Barebone Kit
I created a custom design through Adobe Illustrator, and they were super communicative of what format it needed and if there was anything that was missing. The keycaps came out amazing, no defects at all! Great quality and awesome communication. I also bought one of their barebone kits, and they honestly should have more information about it. I'm new to mechanical and custom keyboards, so I thought the PCB had VIA support, and it didn't. Real bummer. Again though, great service and was quick considering their volumn of orders.
Product arrived looking great
Product arrived looking great, the images came out awesome on each key and the keyboard itself sounds amazing. Will definitely be buying from them again.
Perfect custom keycaps
Exactly what I wanted. High quality, color accurate, and clean images.
The world best Custom keycap Site !!
Custom 100% Keycaps
I had purchase my own custom 100% keycaps. The customization part was easy and practically unlimited. The keycaps are very high quality, the only thing keeping this review from a 5/5 was the inability to change what was in your cart later on, and the long time it took to be made. Other than these two factors Goblintechkeys is phenomenal.
Very good quality, fast delivery, outstanding customer service
I ordered a bilangual keyboards from them which could not be configured on their website. I emailed them, they were very helpful and made the keyboard possible. The keyboard was manufactured and arrived very fast and the quality of the keyboard was very good and worth the money I paid. When a small problem arrose with the configuration of the keyboard their customer service was extremely helpful and I received the needed information almost immediately and outside their usual business hours. I can recommend the company and their products and will order from them again. It must be said that I paid for express shipment, so it took only a week from order to delivery. I am sure standard shipment will take longer.
Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Very quick responses from them, and even though the product takes some time to arrive (2ish months for me), the quality was great! Definitely worth the wait and cost.
Pretty good. Except shipping speeds are bad.
The mouse pad was bigger then expected which is a good thing. The quality is great. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is shipping took nearly a month.
Great communication with customers
Great communication with customers. Some problems there could be is the custom keycaps are overpriced. Overall it's great, but could reduce the price of the custom keycaps
Very Happy Customer
The keyboard is perfect! I ordered a custom keyboard around Christmas and was ready in about a month, super impressed with the quality! I was worried that the finer details might've been missed but it literally looks perfect. Absolutely no complaints, I will be ordering from Goblin Techkeys again someday!
Photo quality was incredible!!!
Perfect for unique keyboards
I have ordered several completely custom keycap sets, for unusual keyboard layouts, and they have exceeded my expectations. Really good communication to make sure the result is exactly what I wanted.
