I had a great experience choosing the right perfume to wear. The guidance was helpful and it was able to find a fragrance that match my style and personality perfectly. I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for their perfect scent.
Because I was a customer previously it was easy to re in-state. I do like the perfume ( although a tad on the masculine side) . My first order, there was a issue that never got resolved...it was buy 2 get 2 free. I never recieved it ( yet your records show it being delivered. The post office couldn't help, no neighbors had it. And your c/s was unwilling to compromise. I did buy and add on bottle at a discounted price and that was delivered ok. Ive been using goda oil ever since. But that one snafu has left a bad taste with me ever since.

Goda has horrible customer service! I received a bottle of Goda fragrance as a birthday gift. The sprayer doesn't work. When pumping the sprayer, small bubbles form in the bottle and it pulls the liquid up the tube and then the liquid pools under the spray nozzle. The box specifically says that the scent must be sprayed and not rubbed for whatever supposed effect it should have. I sent video of the problem, I offered any necessary information about the product from the box and/or bottle. I also offered to ship the item back for a replacement. Nope... they'll only provide a replacement if I harass the gift-giver for the order number. I am not doing that. It feels rude. I have spent more than 3 weeks and a dozen emails, including sending video to try to resolve the issue. They rely on AI responses for "customer service". At several points in the communication process I received AI generated emails asking if my issue had been resolved. The first time was after waiting more than 10 days for an actual response to a video that was sent and no one had followed up with me! I would NEVER recommending purchasing from a company with non-existent, ineffective customer service. If you can't back your products, I simply cannot trust your business! Update: I received a response indicating they would promote my request for assistance. Then, I received a response indicating that a replacement would be shipped.

First, Rihanna does NOT wear this perfume, she wears Kilian Paris Love, Don't Be Shy. Most people, including myself, only bought this before we fell for that lie. I got the oil and I am underwhelmed. When I was young, my mother had a sewing machine and she had a can of oil that she used to oil the motor. This smells EXACTLY like it.

I love the product, but I did not sign up for a monthly subscription. The Customer Service team were really prompt with their response and really helpful, but were unable to cancel my order. I've now cancelled my subscription, but will order more when I'm ready.

Oh my.. well done to you all, thank you so much for helping and being there for me l received my products yesterday in the mail. I had received a Leaked package with one bottle that had leaked. It’s all been replaced. I did expect this, so thank you, I have enough product to last me for ages. I love it
I bought my first bottle on Amazon and LOVE the oil! 👏 However, I have cut/slit my finger three times now taking off the gold cap/dropper. It’s the reason for the 4/5 stars. Thought someone should know about the sharp cap.😬

The company let me easily order the product but I don't like how it said the gouda would be free and then when I want to order it I paid for the gouda instead and the shipping was free I think the advertisements a little off but I really want to check out the product I appreciate you guys and I hope to do future business and you support and I'm so proud of you
I’ve order previously and each time the process is smooth and easy. The only thing is that I wasn’t sure if my discount was applied or not. I mean I had one about to expire and there appeared to be another discount applied. Not sure though.
