Driver offered good communication and was prompt with pick up. He was polite and the vehicle was clean and roomy. As four females, we felt very safe.

Reginaldo reached out the day before we arrived to confirm our pick up. Our flight was 1 1/2 hours late but it was no problem. He stayed in contact via text and picked us up within minutes of getting our bags. Smoothest part of our travel day. Highly recommend.

Early morning flight
Had an early morning flight out our driver was supposed to be there at 7:00 a.m. but unfortunately a car accident on the expressway block the bridge so he had to go 20 miles out the way to get to us and got to us in great time. We made our flight with plenty time to spare so professional and explain the way he came to pick us up. We was real gracious for his service thank you again.

Caio was fantastic!!! The car was spotless and he was so helpful. This was our first time flying with our son, and Caio made the experience so smooth. He was friendly and helpful in what could have been a very stressful situation. This is a great service, with easy booking and responsive agents. I received an email our driver would be at baggage claim area with a sign with our name on it. Got to baggage claim area looked all over several drivers with signs but not ours. After calling him located him sitting in front he vehicle waiting across the street. He drove over to the curb when I called and said we were at the curb.

Driver was extremely late & blamed traffic, yet we can easily look at Waze and see there was no traffic. We were the last ones waiting to be picked up at the port.

First time using this company but I’m pleased I did. We used them for all transfers ( from airport to hotel, hotel to cruise ship, cruise ship to hotel, hotel to airport). Everytime they were on time, which is a big deal to me. The woman that transferred us the most would text us when the plane was delayed, came to get us an hour earlier from our cruise. I highly recommend to use this company. I will for now on.

Fast, friendly, reliable service! Great communication and knowledgeable! But even more than that they are honest and extremely helpful - my grandson left his backpack (full of his most treasured items) on our limo when we were dropped off at our hotel and he was devastated. I contacted both the FastPass office and our driver, Bruno Martins, and they immediately responded! Bruno had the backpack dropped off at our hotel that very night! THAT is a sign of an honest business with kind and caring people! Would definitely use their service again and can’t thank them enough!

Our driver, Mr. Morelli, was punctual, friendly and polite. My friends and I had a wonderful conversation with him on our drive to Cape Canaveral. He was very personable. Handled our overpacked luggage with ease and care. It was a lovely experience.
