Long delivery time but excellent price-quality ratio! Recommend!
Hi Stan, thank you for your review and 4‑star rating — we’re sorry for the long delivery time, but very happy to hear you found the price‑quality ratio excellent and would recommend GoGoalShop.
Will not respond. Asked to change order minutes after making it. No response and the AI chat is a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! 8/1/26-Didn't respond to emails or acknowledge my request but sent what was requested. Better than most on quality from first wear.
Ordered a jersey on June 20th. After 10 days the order is still processing. After I posted my review here, it was suddenly shipped. However, when it arrived, it was a FAKE jersey, so beware. Waste of money, as I wanted the real deal and thought their World Cup jerseys from 2026 were real. They were NOT. A lot of fake reviews here because this website should never have had this great score.
A one star rating is even generous. We ordered several jerseys and paid for express shipping. We were informed that some of the jerseys were on back order. I requested that the order be canceled. My instructions were ignored and I was continuously lied to by saying the jerseys were now available and that the order is close to being shipped. It has been 3 weeks and the order still has not been shipped. On top of that, my inquiries are being ignored and I am not getting a response from customer service. This company is a scam, they lie, keep your money and are not looking after their customers. Do not use them!
This company has such bad customer service. They don’t answer my requests or emails about my order. I asked for a refund and still no answer. Unprofessional scammers whose only purpose is to take your money. Wouldn’t recommend unless they fix the problem.
Never received my order! They do not respond to emails.I do not recommend ordering from this company!!!! I ordered a 2t top and bottom USA jersey and shorts for the World Cup. Extremely disappointed! You cannot even track your order with the tracking number provided

The jersey quality exceeded my expectations. The fabric is comfortable, the colors are vibrant, and all the details are well-made. Shipping was a little slow, but the support team kept me informed throughout the process. Despite the delay, I am extremely happy with the product.2nd order on the way

I ordered 5 jerseys and they were great, I wanted to swap one jersey for another and customer support did just that! They were very understanding and helpful, however the shipping is the main reason this isn’t a 5 star, while the jerseys were good with the exception of France away 2026 which the collar stuck out and France Home 2026 were I found a mini hole on the inside at the bottom, other then that the jerseys were great! I do wish they would specify if the jersey is a loose fit or a slim fit but it’s good. The shipping took a long time, and barley just made it before the World Cup , I would’ve paid for fast shipping but come on, $40?! I could have bought another jersey with that. Also it would help to lower cost of the customization , my jerseys couldn’t get any because of my budget. So after all, besides those issues, I give a 4/5 star, I would order again !
Thank you so much for the thoughtful 4/5 and for shouting out our support team—we’re glad the swap went smoothly. We’re sorry about the long transit time and the issues on the France 2026 away collar and the small inside hole on the home; that’s not the quality we accept—please DM your order number so we can sort those two items and log this with QC. We’ll work on clearer slim vs. loose fit notes and review shipping/customization options; as a thank-you for the detailed feedback, we have a coupon ready for your next order—just drop us a message to claim it.
I don’t know how there are good reviews. I haven’t received my ordered. I haven’t received any information about my order. I have emailed and sent messages on 24/7 and no one has answers.
