I ordered the Mey interceptor back in July for the November dispatch from the German site and after several emails promising dispatch, still nothing. Extremely frustrating as this was meant to be a gift for Xmas. Losing hope at this point.
Received my pre order delivery of a Mey interceptor. Wow, amazing product look fantastic, on the eye. Looks 10/10 . Can not wait to shoot it. Thankyou to the UK distributor. Will definitely order the accessories aswell soon.
Great company to do business with. I noticed an error I made on my order at 2 in the morning. I emailed them right away and by morning my issue was corrected, difference was refunded (although not asked for) and a friendly response was given.
I was amazed, this company sold there items at a very good price. They looked after me very well, I would recommend them to any customer. To me they deserved a 5 Star Review.

This company is a joke. I received an order confirmation for an order I did not place and tried to cancel immediately but was told that it had already shipped. That’s amazing I’ve never heard of something shipping that quick ever! I then contacted someone to help me and they told me they would only refund 70% due to a restocking fee and I would have to pay to ship it back. I looked up the refund policy on the website and it clearly says they will issue full refund for certain circumstances but clearly that’s a lie. If us not placing the order isn’t a good enough circumstance I don’t know what is. On top of all that the person I was dealing with was extremely rude!!! Don’t ever buy from this place cause if something is wrong or it ships wrong you will only have to pay for it in the end!!!!
My experience with GoGun so far has been exemplary. From the moment I contacted them, through hours of questions, multiple change requests by me, all the way through to receiving my order: seamless. Maddy at GoGun was kind, pleasant, and thoughtful throughout the process, getting me answers to technical questions within minutes. I would not have had the comfort to enter the world of PCP guns without her patient assistance. The package arrived lightning-quick to boot. I look forward to doing business again. I give GoGun my highest recommendation.
Place an order for two magazines. They were not on backorder on the website. When I asked when will my order will ship...this was the response I got. "These are on backorder. AEA is quite bad about sending us enough of these and there is a long waitlist. If you want I can refund your order and you will lose your spot in line." I will not purchase anything from them again! or you can continue to wait.
AEAs lack of supply is not something we can control. The website was updated. We responded and refunded this customer promptly.
Good comms. Slight shipment delay on order, but kept informed. Came through when told it would. Currently enrout from Florida, ordered about two weeks ago.

Herbert wanted us to disassemble a product so that he could sneak it past Germany's customs officers. We declined. Payment was never accepted in the first place.
Read the fine print,I received a aea challenger.50 and upon arrival I found that the end of the air tube by the gauge was saturated in oil..I'm not sure if this is a normal thing with pcps as this is the first one I've seen,but I didn't like it at the cost of this airgun,so all said and done they charged me 100+$ to "restock" the item and shipping was 100$ with insurance end of the day it's my fault for not reading the fine print first but that's the time we are in,Also the rifle was advertised as a 9# item.....not even close
We have a 1-year warranty on all products and also accept returns with a small restocking fee to cover our costs. We asked this customer which they would like to do (warranty or return), and they decided they are not happy with either of these things.
