AEA HP SS MAX 1 year new and counting.
I've had my AEA HP SS MAX a little over a year now. It's operating as if I have just taken it out of the box. This is a superb work of art. I purchased a suppressor a month or so ago due to the neighborhood ordanance and I'm happy I did. Much quieter. Although I love the sound w/o the sup.FPS higher and more accurate at lower psi. I'm rough with the max, the finish on it does not have the first sign of use.Im really glad I made the investment. 5 star rating w/o hesitation. Thank you for the fun and exciting adventures. Also this makes a gr8 home defense option.
Ordered a takedown lever and it was shipped to the wrong address. Sent them a email and never got a response back after I wasn’t able to file a claim with USPS.

15% restocking fee for returning damaged item.
Purchased a defective item that was 500$ ( double ronin knife) the item came to me damaged unfortunately (had chips in blade). I contacted customer service (Maddy) who was very helpful. I was worried there was something interior that caused the issue so I didn't want to swap it with a different one. Was informed if you return anything you have to pay the 15% restocking fee over 80$. DAMAGED items as well. I get the restock if nothing is wrong with items. Shipping time was quick about 4 days

I just bought a Mey interceptor from go gun uk. I did send a couple of emails regarding stock(was saying a few left for April delivery). I noticed there only open 3 days a week(might get a answer tomorrow lol). Anyway decided to take the plunge, within 2 hours I had my tracking number from the couier(dpd) next day it arrived. Great service just ashamed could get stock issue answered before I ordered.

I received excellent customer service, when I talked to a customer service representative requesting the status on my request to exchange a defective magazine for my interceptor. Will Be Back For More Gogun!!
When I needed a replacement part for my VLAD, Gogun customer support took the time to understand the problem and sent me the part to get VLAD working again. They were responsive throughout the process and the entire experience was extremely positive.
I recently purchased the REVO7 from Gogun and this crossbow is amazing! I have tried the other brands and can say the Gogun linup of crossbows and airguns is far superior to the rest.

Still waiting for them to receive their shipment over a month late
Placed my order on the 11th September had to chase them up to find out when it was being shipped. Was told it would be end of September, was told I would be updated. Nothing. I chase up again, and again, now I'm told finally item are due to arrive to them at end of October now, then they will ship to me...apparently. none of this information was given freely, I had to chase them down every step of the way. I just want a refund, fed up with waiting. Told I've got to wait still. Avoid at all costs. Either a scam ot totally incompetent.

I bought a crossbow that finally arrived 4 months after the initial date it was originally supposed to be delivered. After sorting through the most poorly written instructions and watching videos on you tube I was finally ready to fire the crossbow. The initial firing was a disaster as the plastic tips of the crossbow (that hold the cable on the tips of the limb) disintegrated. I was lucky the tips didn't blind me, one cut my forehead. The bolt shot out at an angle and a second bolt ended up sideways in the flight groove. It was a nice concept but the execution of this design is poor to say the least.
When contacting the company Maddy Z. was less than helpful, stating it was a known issue. Over the ensuing conversations it became apparent to me that not only would I not be receiving a refund, but I also would not be receiving any support. I was told they take the DIY approach and would send me new plastic tips to the limb. They did not want to inspect the crossbow or limb. I received many condescending emails from their "support team" telling me essentially I was on my own. Here I am waiting for new parts so that I can fix the crossbow myself. I have been waiting nearly a month for the parts, no shipping label has been sent to me. The company and its products are trash and it won't be long before some lawyer picks its reckless practices apart.
I've recently ordered a V2 magazine from GoGun. And it's awesome!! I love it. GoGun rocks!! It arrived as advertised and brand new in the package. Speedy shipping to. I've never had a problem with GoGun. The best crossbow store out there!! If you need anything to do with a Adder crossbow look to GoGun. You will not be disappointed. Thank you GoGun. I looked forward to doing more business with you guys.

I don't doubt the product is awesome, and to be fair it isnt due till 2/2/25, but with no sign of shipping trackin number or anything, and already been waiting longer than something that comes from china itself... i was getting worried... What fcuks me off is I wouldn't of even been told what's happening unless I didn't chase it up with several emails, where I didn't get a direct reason just a rough guess of shippin end of march 2025.
It should NOT take this long for a product.
Really annoyed by it due to the amount of money thrown in, and that it's been shown off for a couple of years now.
Honestly I bet its awesome and that's probably my frustration.
PS will edit and change review depending on when I receive it, and praying it lives up to expectations.

Been waiting for Mey interceptor since July ok that was a pre order bit overdue, but to see German stock is 400 plus and I can't get a reply from UK GoGun is becoming a bit of a worry I might be being ripped off, I can't even speak to Jorg German site as they classed me as spam, which I only tried one email.

This company just creates waste.
If you purchased the first Adder, they upgraded from 5-7 shot magazines. And you can’t do anything with the 5 shot magazines, there’s no trade in program.
Their upgrade kit for the Adder replaces the trigger and cocking arm AND throwing arm. That leaves you with a throwing arm as well as a trigger and cocking assembly. I now have all the parts to build another Adder minus the actual lower assembly.
Which they refuse to sell. It’s just a bunch of waste.
