Hi Donald, Thank you for this — really glad our team could make sure you got your set, even with the mix-up on timing. Good problem to have on restock, but we know it's frustrating on your end, so appreciate your patience. Hope the sheets keep delivering on that quality every night. Best regards, Oskar Gökotta Team

Hi! Thank you so much for the glowing 5-star review! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that you find them to be the softest sheets ever. Those corner straps are definitely a game-changer for keeping everything perfectly in place so you don't have to remake the bed every morning! Hi Julie, Thank you for sharing your experience! We're so glad you are enjoying the wonderful feel of the bamboo fabric. We're sorry to hear you're having a little trouble getting the fitted sheet perfectly snug on your adjustable bed. Because our sheets feature extra-deep pockets and King beds are nearly square in dimension, it can sometimes be tricky to find the right orientation on the first try. We’d love to help you get that perfect, smooth fit! Please send us a quick email at [email protected] referencing your order. Our customer care team is standing by to provide some easy fitting tips or assist you with our 90-Night return policy if needed. Best regards, The Gökotta Team

Hi Tammy, thank you so much for the 5-star review! We are thrilled to hear that you were impressed with the fast shipping and that you are loving the super soft feel of the bamboo sheets. Wishing you many cozy nights ahead!
