Dependable. You don't hear excuses or explanations that they can not deliver, because they have enough character to only sell what you expect. I've been a customer for about 15 years, and have had no issues to date. I wish I could say that about anyone else.
Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A truly honest and reputable business. In a past experience, I sold some coins to the Gold Dealers. I received a call the next day and they advised me that I would be getting more money as one coin had more value. I was really amazed at how much integrity and honesty their business showed me. I feel totally comfortable doing business with this company.
