Absolutely love these folks! This is a business of shady used cars salesman and drug dealers. These guys are totally transparent, honest, and helpful. The ability to make a purchase and they hold your price until the check gets there by mail is awesome! I look no where else. I have turned my family and friends on to them as well.

Ive been using GD for several years. Only problem that occurs iis usually with the Overnite or priority with the postal company, not with GD. I wish they had an office in Texas, my shipments always get delayed in California/

I have been working with Ken and Harry for the past 5 years and never had any problems with the process. They keep you informed from order to arrival. They always reply promptly to questions. This level of service is difficult to find these days and has kept me as a customer since my first purchase. I have not purchased from any other supplier and do not plan to in the future.
I have been purchasing gold coins from Golddealer since Nov 2021 and greatly appreciate the company provides transparent pricing online to buy and sell coins. A friendly, helpful representative generally answers the phone and the pricing is fair. Sadly I had a very disturbing issue with Dana, an employee of Golddealer last year as I purchased a large order. Dana made me feel like I was a child and was obstinate, stubborn, unable to listen and most importantly had poor follow up communication skills. The CFO of Golddealer respectfully followed up with me at the time in an attempt to resolve this and informed me I could place my orders with another representative other than Dana in the future. I believe in redemption and I contacted Golddealer by phone today to place an order for gold coins. Dana answered the phone and put me on extended repeated holds, hangups and when she did come back on and I said I wanted to place an order she stonewalled me by saying she couldn't look up my account with my name, my address or my phone number. (I've placed 11 previous phone orders with Golddealer on the phone over the past 4 years with no trouble by providing my phone number.) She then put me on another extended hold and didn't return to the phone. With much determination on my part I finally did place the order with Dana. I asked her politely repeatedly for the total amount of the order and she refused to give it to me. I was so upset but kept my calm and called back repeatedly to ask to speak to Ken, the original founder of Golddealer who was working today. I asked Ken if my order had been placed today and he was unable to locate it. Dana had taken things personally and obviously stonewalled and crossed me again by changing my information in the Golddealer database so Ken couldn't find me. Eventually after much headache Ken and I determined Dana had sent my order confirmation to an email other than mine. I am a successful business owner of 38 years. If I had an employee who sabotaged one of my clients the way Dana did me, I'd be looking for a new employee who understands how to treat others with respect.

GoldDealer.Com has been my precious metals dealer for over 20 years. I have had experiences with many other firms that promise you the moon but can't even deliver moon pies. Continually intelligent staff, better than average prices and remarkable inventory to have what you need, when you need it.
Top notch professionalism, no hype, best pricing and prompt delivery. Sales managers do not work on commission. I have worked with Harry Johnson since 2009 and have always received best advice and counsel on making metals purchases. They do not tell you what to buy or suggest strategies, but do advise of market conditions. You must make the decision on what to buy based on your plan and capabilities. Could not be more satisfied. Consistently better pricing than the big names in the PM's business. Newsletter is neutral and non-biased.
I don't write reviews often, but I have to give Ed Hodson and GoldDealer.com the highest possible praise—5 stars aren't enough; I'd give 6 if I could! A close elderly friend was unfortunately taken advantage of by unscrupulous precious metals dealers who pushed highly numismatic (collectible) gold and silver coins into her self-directed IRA. These were obscure coins from small, little-known countries, sold at outrageous 200%+ markups. Not only were the prices inflated to an extreme degree, but numismatic/collectible coins are actually prohibited in IRAs under IRS rules—this was essentially a fraudulent setup that slashed the value of her life savings by about two-thirds. After two frustrating years of trying to hold those original dealers accountable (with almost no email responses and evasive phone calls), we realized we needed a trustworthy partner to help unwind the mess and liquidate properly. That's when I discovered Ed Hodson at GoldDealer.com. After thorough research, Ed and his team stood out as having one of the cleanest, most stellar reputations in the industry. Seriously—I had to dig all the way back to 2020 (during COVID) to find any complaints, and those were minor gripes about them safely handing coins out in the parking lot for contactless pickup! LOL.
