I have been buying gold coins from Gold Dealer only about 5 years. I'm new to buying gold and silver coins. The sales staff has taken the time and patience to educate me on the different coins, pricing, the precious metals market, and making me real comfortable in the buying process. I even spoke to the owner Ken a couple times. He took his precious time to explain in more detail how global forces affect the price, some history and insight into the metals industry, and the many choices I have to make a purchase. This company is fair, dependabe, and honest in their dealing, pricing and customer service. It s a pleasure to buy and sell coins with Gold Dealer.

I PLACED TWO ORDERS WITH GOLDDEALER
I PLACED TWO ORDERS WITH GOLDDEALER. THEY WERE BOTH FOR PRE-1965 SILVER/JUNK SILVER 90%. THEY WERE BOTH SPECIFIC THAT I DID NOT WANT DIMES ONLY QUARTERS AND HALF DOLLARS. IT WAS WRITTEN INTO THE CONTRACT BUT ON THE FIRST PURCHASE I RECEIVED THEY WERE ALL DIMES WHICH I DID NOT WANT SO I CANCELED THE SECOND PURCHASE WHICH I HAD NOT RECEIVED AS OF THAT DATE. GOLDDEALER NEEDS TO LOOK AT THE CONTRACTS THEY ARE FILLING. I UNDERSTAND FROM THEM THAT I CAN NO LONGER PURCHASE FROM THEM SINCE I CANCELLED THE SECOND ORDER WHICH I PLACE FIRST BUT IF I CAN NOT RECEIVE WHAT I SPECIFICALLY ORDERED I AM NOT INTERESTED IN FURTHER ORDERS.

I have been dealing with this company when it was called California Numismatic and before Golddealer.com took them over, I have been a long time stacker remembering Ken Slater and Buz Schwartz RIP in their early days. I USED TO LIVE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, when I started buying from them 30 years ago and have continued up til the present. I had a TSP account after leaving the military and then working with the VA and add a sizable withdrawal and had my withdrawal sent from my TSP directly to golddealer.com without any problems and with a delivery of my latest purchase secure and sent to my sister‘s address in Arizona to where I currently stay with my sister often. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is wondering if they were purchase these commodities is secure and with excellent professional service, it is.
