Felt Betrayed

TLDR: I had played, won, and redeemed successfully twice in the past via website. I had a lesser VIP tier that gave me a monthly bonus. My 3rd redeem was denied and I was banned. MY REVIEW: Gold Treasure Casino: took the wind out of my sweepstakes sails. THE WHOLE STORY: I encountered issues with the website in 2025 which prevented me from purchasing or playing in SC mode, support was unable to resolve this issue as the weeks and months passed. Then I received an automated ban (presumably due to inactivity) which support lifted. But I still couldn’t play the SC I had collected. Then March 19, 2026, I received an email that Gold Treasure Casino had released an app. So I downloaded the app and to my surprise the app functioned properly. I was so happy. I played, I won, I went to redeem and realized my saved ~40SC I started with had a large play through attached. (I’ve never been good with play through, but that’s probably the entire point of implementing on bonus SC vs 1x on GC purchase obtained) so I began playing to bust, with intentions of purchasing if my play through requirement would zero out, but, as luck would have it, I landed another bonus, my largest win to date, and I was able to meet the play through requirement and requested my 960sc redeem on March 19, 2026, reference number: Ref Number: 9dd99f52-ca31-4dab-8445-d58d530faa3a and redeem id 6dc6c828- 2c28-42bf-b303-caee3051cc35. I patiently waited for my redeem to process, I didn’t message support for a status update or anything because everything was operating smoothly via the app, I expected this redeem to take time. Then on March 29, 2026 I received this email: “We wanted to inform you that your account has been deactivated due to: - Violation of terms and conditions As per our terms and conditions, you are not allowed to be active on our platform.” After my redeem was denied and my account banned, I gathered all my support team emails/evidence and sent an email to support in hopes this was just another automated system decision made in error and perhaps I would still receive my redeem or at minimum regain access to my newly functioning account via app. Instead I received AI Bot reply thanking me for the review with instructions to collect my reward for review from the Quests page. Then on May 31, 2026 a friend sent me their email that said: “Gold Treasure Casino will be temporarily shutting down operations while we take time to evaluate and plan the next chapter of the platform.” So I wanted to get my review in before the app vanishes. Gold Treasure Casino is awesome unless you cant play in sc mode and support spends weeks and months allegedly trying to resolve the problem to no avail. But it’s the absolute worst once they deny your redemption and ban you for life after the app allowed your account to function properly. And it’s gut wrenching to be denied and banned from what you considered a legit platform after having successfully redeemed twice previously, and referred fellow players.

Must be a scam ..

I tried to get verified so I could redeem my $100 winnings and no matter what I did they would not approve me. I gave them all necessary documents, contacted support (which was useless because they just kept repeating the documents I needed but never could answer any of my questions), messaged them on Facebook and got nowhere. Then I received a pop up when I signed on saying any sweeps coins needed to be redeemed in 7 days or they would be forfeited. And then I couldn't even get a response when I contacted support or their chat bot. The page would simply freeze.

Extremely greedy and has a worthless daily bonus (making it not even legal to operate to begin with...), worthless pack deals, and now the minimum spin amount is far too high, making this place be essentially pointless in every way there is to play at, let alone give money to. Choose one of the dozens of sites NOT run by yet another greedy 3rd worIder with no even basic intelligence to understand how a business like this works. Or at least doesn't have so much pathetic greed that they end up sh**ting themselves in the foot with it... Another let down

Absolute Garbage of a Sweepstakes Site

Absolute garbage of a sweepstakes site. Changed their terms and conditions to require a 3x playthrough, removed all of their good games, and now they're "temporarily closing" and require players to play through their balance to redeem. They don't answer their live chat and take over a week to answer their emails. You're much better off at a top-tier site like Crown Coins or Modo.

Cheated me out of redemption

For months, I have not gotten any credit for any SC winnings. I got an email that the casino is closing in ten days, so any unredeemed coins would be lost. I played my coins until I reached the threshold to redeem, and while my redemption was pending, I got an email saying I had been deactivated for violating their terms. I have never violated anything, but it's super shady to ban someone to avoid paying them. It was a small redemption, but that's unethical business practices. I will gladly update this review if they fix it, but this is terrible business.

Hi, my name Julian I got this app or platform and and I bought a $10 package and I’ve been winning winning and winning. I’m at $400 but yesterday I began to verify my KYC and it’s already been a date going on two days tonight that it’s still pending. I wasted about six hours total time playing. I hope this isn’t a waste of time. Not to be trusted!!

I have been with Gold Treasure for about a year now. I recently noticed that when I spin the daily reward and let's say it lands on .25sc I receive only .15sc, land on .10sc I receive 0 sc .. I contacted customer service basically a month ago, received a scripted response a few days later completely unrelated to my concern and now NO one will respond. So terrible customer service, theives and a SCAM!! Do NOT trust them!!! there are much better social casinos out there!! Update... I have now been BANNED from this site after posting this review!!!

I tried to make a redemption. After a week of waiting and no one responding to my emails, I try to log in the next day and my account is banned. I emailed them again they told me it was something on my account that violated terms, but they cant tell me exactly what it is.

In my opinion, you can’t follow the trend of making the minimum withdrawal $100 then give a “starter deal” of $12.50 for 15 credits. That’s horrendous. Other sites have daily deals better than that. Immediately lost my interest for sure.

After a ten-day waiting period for redemption approval, my account was unexpectedly deactivated. I am currently unable to establish communication with your organization, as emails sent to customer support are consistently undeliverable, resulting in error messages. While I did receive an email indicating account deactivation due to a terms of service violation, the specific nature of this violation remains unclear. I suspect it may be related to the redemption process itself. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further, as I believe my actions have been in compliance with your terms of service.
