They are so prompt with answering questions and booking of tee times. They are the best golf service I have used and from now on the only one were possible. Great way to save money on a round in Asia. I played Montgomerie Links in Da Nang in Vietnam. I contacted them via WhatsApp and they respond immediately and I was contacted via email. Easy to make payment and the round was booked immediately. Can’t recommend enough!

Golfsavers is a great way to save on golf bookings. HOWEVER there are some points that one needs to take under consideration until they are improved by Golfsavers. 1. The booking time is about 24 hrs between the time you book and the time they confirm so it sometimes poses a problem when you are trying to arrange a whole trip at various courses in the same area or in different areas. 2. Golfsavers does not notify the customer about the sanding or coring periods at the courses. We just came back from Thailand for a tournament and played at St-Andrews 2000. The first 9 had been recently cored and the second nine had been sanded no more than 2 days before. There should be a notification to customers to give them the option to change. Courses have an established schedule that they know weeks in advance. 3. Golf savers does not provide discount, refund or notice AHEAD OF TIME in the event of very recent sanding or coring. THIS IS A MUST. They communicate daily withthe courses and should be made aware on a daily basis of the condition of the course.

Regarding booking confirmations, we agree that customers should not have to wait 24 hours for a response. While tee times in Asia are generally not connected to live booking systems and all reservations have to be manually confirmed by the golf course, our goal is to provide confirmation within the same day wherever possible. In many cases we are able to do this, although response times can occasionally depend on how quickly the golf course replies to our reservation requests. We are continually working with our golf course partners to improve turnaround times. With regard to course maintenance, we completely understand how disappointing it can be to arrive at a course that has recently been cored or sanded. As soon as a golf course advises us of scheduled maintenance, we immediately update our website so customers are aware before booking. Unfortunately, not every golf course informs us of their maintenance schedule, and planned coring dates are often changed at short notice due to weather conditions or operational requirements. We are in contact with our golf course partners on a daily basis, but one of the challenges is that the reservations department does not always receive timely updates from the maintenance team. As a result, there are occasions when even the reservations staff are unaware that work has been carried out until after the fact. We fully agree that golfers should be informed whenever possible, and we continue to encourage all of our partner courses to provide us with maintenance schedules and any last-minute changes as soon as they become available. Whenever we receive that information, we publish it immediately and, where appropriate, notify affected customers. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.
