I’ve also found it genuinely non-stick, and cleaning it afterwards has been really easy.
Absolute Scam!! I was looking forward to receiving my “non-stick” titanium pan. Far from it, false advertising and so utterly disappointed. I cooked eggs and they stuck to the pan. I had to immerse the pan in water and let it soak. I paid $150 for my pan. I have asked for my money back and hoping they do the right thing by me and return my funds. Do not waste your money!!

I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue, yet instead of taking responsibility for supplying damaged goods, I have been left frustrated and out of pocket. The entire experience has left me feeling that the product was grossly misrepresented. The marketing creates an impression of premium, quality cookware, but my actual experience was the complete opposite. I would not recommend this company or its cookware. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before handing over their money. Once they have your payment, getting a satisfactory resolution appears to be another matter entirely. For me, this has been a total waste of money and an extremely disappointing customer experience.
I had a great experience using the Okura pan. It heated evenly, gave me a really nice sear on my branzino, and cleaned up easily afterward. I also really like the overall look and feel of the pan. I received the pan as part of a collaboration, but these are my honest impressions after cooking with it.

I'm beginning to think this company is a scam. I placed an order June 4. Their website tells you shipping is 5 to 10 business days. Today is August 10. Still no pans. The tracking info shows my order has been in New Jersey for several weeks. I've asked for a refund several times since it seems I will not be receiving my order. I get apologies but no resolution. Customer service is non existent. I would suggest anyone thinking about ordering from Okura should rethink and go with another company. I will be posting negative reviews until I get some satisfaction.

Poor customer service. Pan arrived damaged with deep scratch inside. Took so long to arrived. Poor packaging to prevent damage of pan set. No protection of protruding pan screw. Tried to reach out to customer service but no reply or acknowledgement. I don't mind paying for the product but if it's damaged it should be replaced. They offer 25 year warranty but can not even resolve damaged product on arrival. Scam site. Beware. Though I received my order, I don't think they are trustworthy.
I love this pan. I seared meat and it easily came off when I cleaned the pan. I followed the directions, did not cook on high but on medium heat throughout the whole cooking process. So far so good!
I literally started using it the same day it arrived because I was excited to try it.
