The pan did a nice job. We seared on med high with excellent results. We did have to soak the pan, but the fond came off without steel wool. We did have to be slightly more aggressive than a plastic scrubber but the finish still looks fantastic.
It took about 2 weeks for a rural delivery. This was acceptable. I had no problems with the two times I ordered. The box was heavy (21 lbs) and quite beat up, but the pans themselves had no damage. The handles were easy to install. I already have two of these pans and am happy with them. They are a bit more difficult to turn food over, but I have not burned anything in them, yet. I ordered 9 more as gifts for family members. I like the fact that they are non toxic and safe. The hammered surface make them really easy to clean. (I use a stainless steel scrubby).
I am very satisfied with the 11" pan,as it is so far maintaining non-stick and cleans very easily. It is also a perfwct size for helping with portion control for 2 people. Communication was great from order to delivery and I found teh packaging adequate and attaching the handle quite easy. I also like that the handle can be removed to clean the grime that often accumulates in that are. All in all a good purchase.
