It took about 2 weeks for a rural delivery. This was acceptable. I had no problems with the two times I ordered. The box was heavy (21 lbs) and quite beat up, but the pans themselves had no damage. The handles were easy to install. I already have two of these pans and am happy with them. They are a bit more difficult to turn food over, but I have not burned anything in them, yet. I ordered 9 more as gifts for family members. I like the fact that they are non toxic and safe. The hammered surface make them really easy to clean. (I use a stainless steel scrubby).
