Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers find the booking process remarkably easy and efficient, allowing them to secure tee times, golf games, and seamless transfers without any difficulty. People frequently praise the exceptional service and professional support provided by the team throughout their overseas trips. Many travelers emphasize that organizing complex golf packages across multiple destinations is handled smoothly and reliably. However, some customers also noted minor issues with transportation details, such as unexpected high costs or drivers lacking clear communication. Others mentioned occasional scheduling adjustments or frustrating waiting times at the golf courses during their booked games.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Absolute exceptional satisfaction. Everything agreed upon was exactly according to plan. The drivers were punctual, very kind, and it was easy to arrange anything. The golf courses chosen were excellent. We have traveled with the company several times and everything always turned out excellently. Highly recommended.
Have used golfsavers for booking for several years now. Great service, exceptional follow up and always deliver what’s on paper.
Service well run seeing we had no physical guide. Airport pickup mobs of people trying to find my name on a collection of four poster areas looking for my name for connection. The Standard Hotel excellent location excellent. Golf courses Black mountain and Pineapple excellent Springfield and the Palms good layout average at best condition. Overall Hua Hin very good ...nice if could have flown into the local domestic airport `15 mins away instead of the 3hrs transfer from Bangkok. Good job Golfsavers.
Hi Chris, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review — we really appreciate it, and we’re delighted that overall you enjoyed Hua Hin, the hotel and the golf. We’re especially pleased to hear your positive comments about The Standard and the golf at Black Mountain and Pineapple Valley — two of the standout courses in the area. It’s also good to know that the arrangements worked smoothly even without a physical guide. With regard to the transfer from Bangkok, we completely understand your comment. Unfortunately, Hua Hin’s domestic airport currently has very limited scheduled commercial flights, and there are no regular services from Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang). If reliable Bangkok–Hua Hin flights were operating, we would absolutely offer that option — it would certainly make logistics easier. We continually monitor air access to the destination and will always recommend the most efficient routing available. Thank you again for your kind words about Golfsavers — we’re very glad you enjoyed the trip and hope we can assist with your next golf getaway. Best regards, The Golfsavers Team
Had great experience. All transfers were on time and drivers very friendly. Courses were great and tee-time were on time. Accommodation was outstanding and close to food area. Would recommend this for any golf tour.
Excellent response time, last minute requests were handled quickly and professionally. I will recommend Golfsavers to every passionate golfer. Golfsavers are truly the best agent out there.
Great experience golf was great no problems with booking five star
I can only recommend Golfsavers. The booking process was very easy and the confirmation was provided fast.
Reply is within a day... but still the service did manage to get me onto the golf course the next day while I had only submit my request the afternoon before via email... Applause!
Simple, efficient and a real golf experience "saving" team. My booking with another service was rudely cancelled and Golfsavers came in to save the day, literally, finding me a tee time in Dubai within less than 72 hours on one of the best courses I played on. And they were cheaper to boot!! well done guys
Excellent all in service and very helpful and efficient
Excellent service - will continue to use Golfsavers for my golfing trips
I would like the possibility to book without buggy, to walk the course. Could not find that option.
Booked 3 rounds with golfsavers and all went smoothly. Good experience with no issues at course. Got into an issue on my own doing and contacted golf savers for help and they were quick to respond and helped. Much appreciated.
Excellent as always Comms, Proactivenss and flexible when we needed it. Everything from the driver , the course, sorting last minute rental clubs when the airline lost our baggage etc was spot on. Highly recommended
This was the first time I have personally used Golfsavers for a trip. Last time we book through a travel agent and we noticed that they used golfsavers for our bookings and all went great. This time we thought we would just go direct through golfsavers and we couldn’t be more happier with the process. Plenty of detailed information is available and booking is easy through the web site.
fast booking without any problems. very easy!
Very good green fees! Very good service! We had to change the date after booking and they made it possible without any questions! Thanks again !!
