I first went somewhere local thinking that’s where the best service would be. Boy was I wrong, Then I came here to golf sim depot and Kyle was so helpful and patient. He is so knowledgeable and even though I have the system here and not installed yet he continues to help me.

We want to clarify that we did not misrepresent our stock; we proactively notified you at purchase that this item was on backorder with an expected ship date of May 17th. Our team actually processed and shipped your order early on May 13th. The current delay is entirely with FedEx after their first delivery attempt. We are sorry for the carrier's delay, but we have been fully transparent with you.

The "shop" shipment tracking is horrible. It stated delivered multiple times and took forever to get here. Your shipping leaves a lot to be desired.

Golf Sim Depot is definitely your one-stop shop if you plan to build your own sim. Kyle gave me options and explained them clearly.

I already submitted this to the main company. There are pre-drilled holes all over the pipes, so we’re applicable I would screw the bolts into those when I finish the set up. It was too big. They should not preach you of those holes or they should put a huge bold statement at the top of the sheet. Do not insert any bolts into free drilled holes. Those are a mistake.

As noted directly in the assembly step for the pipes: 'Notice extra holes in the pipes? Disregard it, it’s just part of the manufacturing process.' Following the manual closely ensures the enclosure fits perfectly as designed. I bought the Protee VX from Golf Sim Depot. While it was on backorder, their communication was excellent, they had the best price, and when shipped it was quick delivery. They were even able to get me my gspro license while I waited so I could use it on a borrowed launch monitor while waiting for the backorder.
Very Slow Shipping
I ordered a product and it too almost a month to ship. After calling them and emailing support, I finally got a call back letting me know they overlooked the order and sent it. Getting ahold of someone to talk to is very very difficult and they are not very responsive.
