The Muck Mat worked even better than I expected. It was shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. We now have a beautiful 12x24 foot swimming area where we used to sink waist-deep into muck. Installation was straightforward with two people, and the results were immediate. It's made a huge difference in our waterfront enjoyment and has completely transformed our swimming area. I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with a muddy lake or pond bottom.
not so good hygene here sorry cant imagine swimming in this pool in the future
just amazing place to go with the family, nice customer care and no hidden fees always clean though
Love the product! We had 21 people at the lake for ten days. the Muck mat was a huge hit with all who entered the water. We will be purchasing at least one more.
Truly the only way to go. This product and company is amazing!
I ordered my mat a week ago. Still waiting for a shipping notification.
Ordered two large muck mats and only one arrived. Box had large hole with pole sticking out. Now checking to see if all parts are in box. I hope second mat arrives soon but wonder why one at a time would be sent. I do not receive any e mail confirming shipment or that anything was in transit
Hello Robert, I am super sorry about the box being destroyed on delivery. Unfortunately, that is out of our control and the fault of UPS. However, let us know if there is anything missing and we will ship the parts express. For why the two MuckMats did not arrive in the same box, due to the large size of the product, we have to ship them out individually. I emailed you the tracking number of the second package. Sorry for the shipping issues.
the muck mat floats and it creates air pockets when you are walking on it
Hello Terri, the MuckMat takes time to settle to the bottom and will have air pockets below it if there is a lot of organic material decomposing below it. Also, make sure you are not over a natural spring, otherwise, you will need to cut more pockets in the fabric to have the mat settle. But seeing you just got your MuckMat recently, give it a month to settle on the lake bottom. It takes time to kill off the organic material below it. Leave it in during winter as the summer season is, unfortunately, coming to an end, and you will have a perfectly flat area to swim across come spring next year.
An excellent product. Much better than previous products. Georgie is essential.
Muck Mat has made our lake shore usable. Without it we were up to our knees in muck and could barely walk through it. Muck Mat allows us to walk in the lake without sinking plus it eliminated all the weeds! We turned our nasty lake shore into a beautiful beach we can actually use.
Ordered 2 large muck mats. They arrived just a few days later. Mats were easy to assemble and everyone is loving them. Probably gonna order a third.
It was very easy to put together and put it in the water.
Easy to install. Seems to be working as advertised!!
Easy to assemble the lake mat. Grand kids now love the water! Dave
High quality product. Delivery was quick. Assembly was easy. Hopeful this will help in controlling the weed growth in our pond.
These products are fantastic - we have two Muck Mats and a Lake Mat - and if I could show a picture, I would! The mats are easy to put together, and light-weight enough to install. We were impressed with the engineering - it's early days, but they definitely covered a lot of weeds quickly. Interested to see how the Lake Mat moves around the bay - but highly recommend the product for anyone looking to get rid of weeds, or put a mat down overtop some muck!
Excellent service. I called as I was having an issue and they jumped to resolve it. I will be telling our neighbours about this product
We have ordered these Ex-Large MuckMat Pro weed mats as the #1 prize for our annual drawing of contributors for our Inlet weed treatments. They have been extremely well received and contributors have been super excited when notified they were drawn first. Excellent customer service and prompt delivery.
