Breeder review
I am a breeder that lists puppies on the GoodDog site. It is the only site that I know of that is not full of scammers for the buyers and the sellers. The customer service is amazing when I need help and they are always helpful to the buyer if they have questions. I am thankful that GoodDog has a site that appreciates the good breeders that go above and beyond to provide quality puppies.

Incredibly Disappointing Experience
An incredibly disappointing experience. Having connected with a recommended Breeder via the Good Dog website, we agreed a contract for delivery of a puppy to the UK. I duly paid a deposit of $1,500 directly to the Breeder. However, despite sending images and videos of the puppy for five months, she failed to deliver it and then refused to answer calls or emails. Having reported this to Good Dog, they acknowledged receipt, but have failed to communicate further with details of any action taken. Very poor customer care indeed.

They offer a beautiful platform on which breeders may present available puppies, offer clear instructions to buyers and breeders, and provide a safe space for continued communication and transaction. They have always been available to me when I have had questions!

Sharon at Hidden Gems was absolutely amazing while we were waiting for our baby. She sent pictures and let us know how she doing. The baby we got is the just wonderful. She already knew her name and came when we called her. She has gone potty outside since day one. She is so smart and sweet. She loves to cuddle with me but always ready to play with our six year old. She is the best puppy in the world. If my husband would agree to another puppy I definitely would get her from Hidden Gems. I couldn’t ask for a better puppy.

I have used good dog as a breeder for several years. Overall I love the platform… a couple things that could improve… lowering the fees.. also, not allowing litters to be posted without breed specific health testing completed and proven on the parents. While many breeders post their initial breeding pairs they don’t always keep up and this would give buyers more security.

Good Dog was a safe platform for me to find my newest family member! I appreciate the guarantee of buyer and breeder safety and protection from scammers firstly. It’s a scary world online and the protection Good Dog guarantees is very helpful when navigating through the adoption of a new puppy/dog. I appreciate the guidance Good Dog offers through the process of adopting, I really appreciate everything being documented and the step by step instructions made it a breeze. Even finding a breeder and puppies that are available was easy especially based on location and the information breeders have on their page for delivering, shipping, etc. Many of my concerns adopting via online weren’t issues with Good Dog thanks to their protections built into the app and after finding a breeder nearby and who was amazing during the adoption process Roice, I’d absolutely recommend Good Dog to anyone in the process of searching for their new family member!
