I ordered the big set and super happy with it. Great quality, easy to set up, the wood looks and smells lovely. Everything feels solid and well made. Totally worth the price. I even recommended it to kindergarten we visit. The support was also great and fast - the item was not in stock, so I could opt in for a refund or wait 2 weeks more, but get a discount. All in all, happy with the purchase and shop in general.

I ordered the Montessori climbing 5min 1 on December 5, and still haven’t received it or any notice as of January 27/26. I hope to receive an explanation or refund for this purchase. Order # 5955ca. Good value for money
We bought the 6-in-1 Indoor Jungle Gym for Toddlers: Playground + Swings Set + Slide Board + Rope + Stairs and we are very satisfied. Easy to assemble and good quality materials. The only inconvenience was with the delivery, which took a little longer than initially expected.

Great playground for hours of fun
Purchased a playground for my son and it was scheduled to arrive around Christmas time. After placing order we were told it was not in stock and it would arrive around 7 January. We were also given a discount. It arrived even later than expected. However it is really and my son loves it (and I'm a bit jealous that I'm too big for it) material is lovely and he spends hours playing on it.

quality product
we bought the "Montessori 5in1" set and we are very satisfied with the quality of the product. I was not expecting wood so strong and the finishing. the PDF with the instructions is not as straight forward, but even with a 3 years old help was able to do it :)

Poor quality and customer service
I have ordered the Montessori climbing kit and received it in a very shady package like the box has been opened previously! Opened the package and found it not as good quality as expected! It’s not well made, the paint looks flaky and made the surface coarse but my husband thought we are keeping it and assembled it when I was not home! He said it was extremely hard to put together! After first use a piece of the slide chipped and it was really sharp so we stopped using it and sent a complaint to Goodevas, they said the packaging must have been damaged during shipment and offered a replacement for the damaged parts and asked me which part it was, after replying that it was the slide I have got another email offering 5% back or a replacement part and I asked for a replacement! This was 8/01/2026 and no update yet!

Great price-quality ratio and fast delivery
Great price-quality ratio. We bought an indoor jungle gym that our son loves. Delivery went quickly - even with a snow storm it was delivered 4 days after purchasing.

Sent me a used playset
Bought a 6-in-1 playset for my daughter’s birthday. They sent me a set that was very clearly opened and returned by a previous customer. The box was ripped apart, re-taped, and overall in a shameful terrible embarrassing condition!! The internal plastic packaging was also ripped open. I have refused to accept it and they eventually returned it for a refund but my daughter’s birthday surprise was completely ruined. The audacity of sending me a used/ returned item when I have paid full price (which is nowhere near cheap) baffles me! Never again. Lesson learned.

Poor quality product
We bought the 5in1 set as a Christmas gift for our toddler. Shopping experience was good, delivery was quick but the product itself is not great. It looks quite cheap and it is not properly sanded so we worry the little one will hurts his hands on it. Also there are no written instructions, only a video and it wasn't easy to put together, took us a few attempts. I was expecting more for the price and wouldn't buy again if I had the choice.

Montessori 5in1
I bought the "Montessori 5in1" set and we are very satisfied with the quality of the product. Our child loves it so far and climbs and slides many times every day. It is a very durable product and it allows many combinations so we hope we can enjoy it for some years. It's a large set, so check your available space! PROS: very durable, good quality, good measures for 2 to 5yo children. CONS: It's a bit hard to put together. The provided allen key is very small and dull and won't do it's job. You need a good allen key an electric screwdriver or you will hurt your hands. Also, some pieces are a bit rough and need a light sanding. They don´t provide printed assembly intructions but a QR code that links to a website.

Advertised delivery times were not met
Updates: Company representative reached out after submitting unsatisfactory review of my experience. This shows that they have taken initiative to work on the issue. I am changing it from 1 star to 3 stars because of this. A comment about a product - its good quality product which meets our expectations. Original review - Advertised delivery times were not met, with an order arriving almost a month late. Delay information was only provided after repeated contact, and a shipping notification was issued while tracking showed the item still at origin. A partial refund was discussed due to the delay, but no further response was received despite multiple follow-ups. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to inaccurate delivery information and poor post-sale communication.

Terrible company to deal with
Terrible company to deal with, purchase still not arrived and am constantly fobbed off with excuses. Only received an SMS to confirm my purchase, no email confirmation or tracking. They claim they are unable to trace parcels as they are not delivered by them!!! and sent me a DHL screenshot from another buyer claiming it to be my purchase (wrong part of the country, I live in the South!!). They also claim to be a small company who have been overwhelmed with orders yet have offices in four different countries and hold competitions to win trips to Disneyland!
