The Original Series was successfully shipped and delivered just a few days after the order was placed. The remaining New Release set was part of a group of orders affected by fulfillment challenges with our former printing and fulfillment partner during early to mid last year. This issue was communicated to impacted customers at the time and has long since been resolved. Additionally, we sent an email requesting confirmation of your shipping address so we could expedite shipment of the remaining items. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response. Our customer support platform was unfortunately experiencing a temporary outage when you called, which prevented us from sending emails at that moment. As soon as the system was restored later that same day, we immediately processed the remaining New Release set and sent you a confirmation email to ensure your order was addressed without further delay. We also want to be clear that we are absolutely not a fraudulent company. We have served thousands of families, and the many reviews on this page reflect the positive experiences of customers who have successfully received and enjoyed our books.
