So far the product has been good. Love the packaging. Hard to pass good judgement yet Time will tell. Pricing will be the only negative points from me at this time but I am a firm believer you get what you pay for so until I figure the value and quality aren’t justified I intend to keep trying out your different opportunities. I like that I don't need a subscription now. I would like more freedom in the build a box. I would have ordered all strip steaks but had to get 2 other kinds of beef products. Not a big deal as all your beef is delicious

The salmon I ordered was freezer-burn and old and went yo my dog because it was inedible! The chicken quarters were small and without the tjigh bone the meat cooked unevenly. The "chuck" roast had no marbling but I cooked low and slow in my Dutch oven and it turned out tough and dry! The regular hamburger patties were tough. The Wagyu patties shrunk by 40% or more. The chopped angus gtound beef which was 85% lean and 15% fat was ok. Overall Good Ranchers subscription was a complete fail.

It is easy to order from Good Ranchers on-line. There are boxes made up of beef, chicken, and other meats and fish. Choose your box, or customize..I love to customize getting the exact products I want. The products came in just a few days, in a insulated box packed with dry ice. It was delivered on a scorching hot day in Arizona, and it was still frozen solid. This meat is the best meat my husband and I have ever had, quality and taste. Very flavorful, tender roasts, steaks and ground beef. The sirloin tips used for soup were so tender. I highly recommend you try Good Ranchers. You will not be disappointed.

Spoke with a very friendly customer service rep as I had multiple questions about joining a monthly subscription. All my questions and concern were answered and I signed up. I also like that a portion of the revenue is donated to Veterans groups. It is also a plus that the beef is grass fed, This subscription was a present for my brother.He is very pleased with everything and can't wait on his next subscription box to arrive. I like the idea that I can switch the items i would like with each home delivery and that I can even switch the recipient. The initial box was going up to the Northeast and was amazingly fast in delivery per my brother and the dry ice was in good shape. I highly recommend this company and i'm so glad that I found you.

The customer reviews that stated Good Ranchers offer exceptional products that we can trust are responsibly grown and harvested brought me to Good Ranchers.com However, what keeps me coming back is the customer service. Good Ranchers wants to provide great products that meet or exceed expectations. If the customer is not satisfied, Good Ranchers will make it right. And you don't have to have a 2 week email back and forth to receive satisfaction. I added my new credit card and ordered a box of meat. We received the box, then went on vacation and a couple of days later another box was delivered while we we in California visiting our son and his family. I did not know that there were two boxes coming sos the second box was spoiled when we got home on the 14th of July and another package was delivered again today which we got off our porch and into the freezer. I did not know that two boxes were coming the week of July 6 through July 14. Partially my fault but should have been advised that there were two boxes that were sent. I thought that since I had to enter aa different card that the orders before this were cancelled. Thank you for your attention to this.
