My painting was fine
My painting was fine. A little more vibrant than original but I can live with it. My main issue was that I found a crease on my canvas...perhaps it was not stretched enough. My only recommendation is to keep an eye on that. It was obvious immediately. We came to a resolution. I will buy again.

There was an initial delay due to order…
There was an initial delay due to order being “lost” in the system. But art arrived well packaged. Impressed that each order is a reproduced copy with actual paint texture, appearing “original”. Received an exceptional copy of the picture I choose from th collection.

End Justifies the Means
I am a repeat customer so that in itself should speak volumes. This piece, however, required too many modifications to get it right. But, to their credit, they did it. Love the painting. Also, the delivery date kept getting delayed by the carrier which was annoying because I was set to travel. All in all, not only would I recommend but will likely purchase another painting from them.

After 2 repaints that didn’t follow our requests, we just had our painting sent thinking it might look better in person. Wrong! It looked worse! I feel a child could have painted it. Lesson learned!

Great picture, minor snags.
The process was easy and clean. Our painting is a very good likeness of the picture. Perhaps our timing expectations were aggressive, but it seemed to sit in framing for a long time fora canvas wrapped picture. Upon receiving and unwrapping the picture we found a corner of the backing paper had been ripped. We repaired it after taking photos. Now looking forward to years of positive vibes.

The final product was very amateurish
The final product was very amateurish. The displayed original had some technique, but the painting delivered was 2-D, very paint by number like. I have answered this question twice now, my opinion will not change. The painting delivered was not at all like the one that was advertised......
