The selection, ordering process and quality of the product are a 5. However, the art did not work in our space. My error to not have read the exact details about returns (I had read they accept returns), but to exchange it is not possible and the cost of the return is almost as much as we paid for the art (large piece) . I understand to keep prices down they have to do this, and it is disappointing.

The fine art print and frame are top notch. The colors in the print are just what we wanted and matte print is lovely in detail. I think that for my purposes, the image is better viewed in that size, but not so narrow top to bottom because it appears to slightly distort the image,
