Go Pro Garage Door Repair and Sam — Awesome!
Go Pro Garage Door Repair did a wonderful job for us. Their technician, Sam, arrived mid evening last night; he thoroughly explained our options, and we decided to go with a new garage door opener. Sam replaced the springs, wheels and sensors, so now we have a new opener and hardware. We couldn’t be happier with Go Pro, and their technician, Sam. We heartily recommend both!!

Chad showed up from Go Pro Garage Door Repair, estimated the job, I accepted the proposal and he got right to work. Replaced the garage door springs and serviced the different parts involved. Done quickly, professionally and the door now works as it should and is much quieter than before. Good job!

This is really hard to believe this day and age of rotten service. I called home advisor and within seconds a extremely knowledgeable lady from Go Pro Garage ask what was the problem. I explained we are having 100 people over for my granddaughters first birthday party. Spring broke on the door and could not get out. She said she would have someone call me right back. Now this was on a Friday night. A gentleman called back in 30 seconds and said he’d get right on it since the party started The next morning. They sent Brian out and he new the Situation and called his other customers to rearrange some of them so he would be here first thing in the morning. Brian is total class and a great guy. You gotta ask for this guy he is awesom.

Reliable, knowledgeable and replaced old garage door opener in a timely manner. From the time Shawn arrived and he determined the problem, we discussed, I gave him the go ahead and he completed the job was about three hours.

Shawn (our technician) was fantastic! He explained everything and gave us an honest quote upfront. He was meticulous in his repair and cleanup! He was on-time and gave us updates on his arrival time (well within the promised 1 hour window). Hoping not to need additional garage door work but if we do we will most definitely use Go Pro Garage Door.
